    I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Cindy at the Cleveland location. Went in for a simple check cashing and she made it super easy. She is always so friendly and asks about my family. Very personable. I drive out of my way to visit this location just so I can have the experience of someone who actually cares. She’s also very quick & knowledgeable so that makes for an all around pleasant experience. I’ll forever use ACE as long as Cindy is there!… I just want to reiterate this because every visit is pleasant with Cindy. She is super awesome!

    I love the manager, Deanna. I come in to Ace every Friday or Saturday to cash my check. She loves her customers treats them with care and is very fast and proficient at what she does. She gets us in and out and goes over any new information we may need. It’s so nice and refreshing to go to a business that still honors great customer service!

    Went here to cash a check Saturday. There were 4 customers and Flora was working diligently at both windows to insure all the customers had the shortest wait possible and that her line didn’t grow too long. She was efficient, fast, professional and friendly. She presented herself well and is a great multi tasked. We will be back!
