I just opened up a new account at Texas Bay. Cammy was very helpful and explained the process of becoming a member at Texas Bay and all of the great perks so it was easy to understand! You can tell she was passionate about her job and very knowledgeable. Harry one of the managers greeted me right when I walked in the door and even talked to me before I left. Thank you!

Inquired from Texas Bay, specifically from Harry and Jimmy, regarding options for building credit. He and their team made sure I knew what options I have and how many ways I can go about it. I ended up doing a secured shared loan as a way to build credit and both gentlemen took their time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend heading over to Texas Bay Credit Union and seeking some financial advice on anything you may be in the search for!

I was in the area so had stop by Texasbay on Fry road. The Representative was professional, attentive, answered all my questions. He offered products to improvise my credit. I was in a little rush but definitely plan to move my accounts over. I would like management to know this young man Harry Satiaa treated me really well.

First and foremost I would like to thank Mr Jimmy Johnson in spending his time in me. He is the first financial advisor that actually cared about my financial goals; and spent time explaining everything that Texas Bay has to offer. At first I was hesitant in switching banks since I’ve been with Wells Fargo for almost 10 years now. But after sitting down with Mr. Johnson an explaining to him where I see myself financially in the next 5 years; he knew right away what I needed. He was never pushy or just cared to sell a credit card. Not only did he fulfill my needs; he surpass my expectations! I live in Baytown but I work in the area. And I will only be banking at this branch!

Jimmy Johnson was the banker to assist me when I came into the branch to refinance an auto loan. Once finished doing all of the paperwork it didn't look like it was going to be beneficial so I was going to keep things as they were. Jimmy reached out to me the following day and informed me of a possible solution that he believed would benefit me. He went above and beyond to help me with my loan and cater to my needs based off of my current financial situation. He made the process very simple and painless, I would recommend anyone with Banking/Loan needs to work with Mr. Jimmy Johnson.

I had a great experience with this credit union, I received my customer service from Johana. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions i had while helping me through the process of the loan and when opening my savings account.

I just want to say that Joanna is the best! She is always willing to help me with my financial needs, prompt to call back when I need to speak to her, she is knowledgeable, cheerful and always with a smile on her face! If you need to do something at TexasBay I recommend her 100% .

I was helped by Harry and Cammy at the Cypress location. I absolutely recommend both of them to anyone. A 10 out of 10 customer service experience. Both made my account opening process super easy. I will definitely be referring them over to friends and family. Thank you for the great experience.

I want to applaud April for her professionalism, promptness and caring in resolving an online bill payment issues with my electric service company on October 21st, 2021. The electric company claimed not to have received my payment that was sent on the 8th. April provided me with the information needed to prove that the payment was sent. April was also down to earth and easy to talk to. Kudos April, you are a diamond in the rough!!

I have been banking with Texas Bay for about 6 years and they have never done anything but exceeded my expectations. My recent incounter was to purchase a new car and Jimmy J. went above and beyond to not only get my loan done quickly but let me know, hey I can get you a much better interest rate on your current loans also. Great customer service Jimmy thank you for such a smooth transition.

This location and its employees are absolutely top notch! I have to give a special shout out to Jessica who worked tirelessly with me - even worked late on Christmas Eve so I could purchase a vehicle as a Christmas gift. Everyone was kind and genuine and helpful - it's everything one would want in a banking relationship!
