When banking, I usually expect it to be no less mundane than the rest of my errands but my experience at Primeway Cypress was amazing! The staff were extremely attentive to my needs and made me feel welcomed. They were efficient, effective and personable.

Poor customer service skills and no follow through. I spoke with a very rude person named Veronica who hung up in my face after asking for her superior's number. She asked invasive questions that did not concern her. Then called back and spoke to a Michelle, she tried to help and told me she was going to call me back after checking on my issue. Never heard back from her. My sister has Navy Federal and I will be switching to them after closing my account with PrimeWay.

I WORK IN THE FIELD OF LAW AS A PARALEGAL! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITHOUT PROPERLY VETTING!! I AM CURRENTLY GEARING UP FOR A MAJOR LAWSUIT AGAINST THE COMPANY! Consumer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here was absolutely fantastic through my home equity loan process. Debbie Walker handled everything for me and explained every step of the process. Even in the pandemic they moved quickly and efficiently . It was a seamless process!

I came in because I got the flyer about the 18-month CD rate. The branch is so pretty and the staff is very nice. I found out that they have all the technology that banks do like their app that lets you deposit checks and has a free budgeting tool that alerts you when you're about to go over your budget. I love it. I ended up switched over all my accounts. Thanks Primeway for your help!
