Let me start off by saying that at the beginning I was having a very difficult situation that needed to be handled and Zenaida stepped up to the plate. I needed to get a loan because of some financial issues that happened regarding a death in my family I was having a hard time getting it prepared. But when she stepped up to help I felt like I mattered and someone actually cared. Not only was she sympathetic to what I needed to get done she never hesitated on going above and beyond trying to get that taken care of. And the good news is I got the loan to be able to take care of other personal financial matters. She is the type of leader any company would be proud to have. But lucky for all of us she works for Texas Bay credit Union. Zenaida I am forever grateful for your professionalism for your honesty and integrity and most of all for your caring heart. I’ve been wanting to open a credit union for awhile, so I looked at the reviews for this location and was beyond impressed. So I went today to check for myself and I see what the hype is all about. I worked with Melissa today on opening an account and she was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made me feel more than welcome. I also met Mandy and she is SUPER SWEET! If you’re looking for a place to bank, this is where you need to go. Do not look anywhere else. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed

Mandy Olson was awesome. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with me and my grandson getting him approved for his first car loan and credit card. She is a true example of excellent customer service. Thank you so much for all your help Mandy. And, I also need to mention Debbie Minielly who is equally as talented, and referred us to Mandy since we live in Katy. Texas Bay, you have two Supreme ladies here who love helping their customers. Simply amazing. Texas Bay Credit Union in Katy is absolutely phenomenal at providing both outstanding customer service and support but also giving their customers peace of mind that their finances are in safe hands. My car was on it's last leg and I no longer felt it was safe for me and my young children. I was in desperate need of a lender to finance a newer more reliable vehicle and was turned away by many other lenders due to a messy credit situation from my former spouse. I was honestly about to give up trying all together and hope my car would make it another month; then I applied online for an auto loan through Texas Bay. I recieved a call from them in a timely manner, Mandy really listened to the situation I was in and worked hard to get me approved. The process was fast and easy, communication was exceptional. This was my first major financial investment and I was nervous at first, Mandy soon made me feel comfortable and confident through every step of the process. A lot of other institutions can make you feel like just another number, but not Texas Bay. I feel that they truly value their customers and have their best interest in mind. I would recommend the Texas Bay Katy branch to anyone searching for a new bank. Mandy Olson and her team care and take such pride in their work. I have never had such a great banking experience before TBCU Katy, I wish I had found this gem sooner.

My husband and I just got married recently and were looking for a bank where we could open a joint savings and checking account. After a bit of research and reading all the amazing reviews, we decided to go with Texas Bay and we are so happy we did. Mandy was so helpful and the process was actually quick and effortless. My husband even commented on how he felt like it was such a nice personal experience that didn’t feel like just a business transaction. We are both very excited and happy with our decision to go with Texas Bay!

My family and I moved to Texas from Utah a couple months ago hoping to find a good bank to pair with and we came across this one. I am so happy my wife and I found Texas Bay. Shoutout to Mel for working with us! We worked with Mel on our personal and auto loans. She did almost all the leg work and literally has gone beyond just to help us!! She was so incredibly kind and helpful!! The customer service is on another level here. Everyone we’ve encountered with at Texas Bay were so nice. We’re glad to be apart of the Texas Bay Fam.

Mel was such a big help and handled everything I needed in a professional manner! She was so nice and sweet great customer service on her part! Texas bay credit union is awesome. I had a great experience opening my account with Texas bay. Zenaida Fobbs is the best, she's awesome. Zenaida was very helpful, she answer all my questions with detailed answers, if I could give her 10 stars I would. GREAT customer service it was a very informative and pleasant experience. However there are only 2 things that I do not like about this location. First thing is the very out of date ATM. You can not make immediate cash deposits, they are still on the envelope system. Which leads into the second thing. They are not open on Saturdays??? Not even for the limited morning time. So if you were to get caught in traffic on a Friday and make it there after 5pm and make an "after hours" deposit. Your money would be sitting there until someone processed it on Monday!? This is something I wish I knew before joining. Convince makes a large difference for me.

Texas Bay Bank is probably one the best bank I’ve been with this far! Their level of customer service surpass other big banks that I was with like... Bank of America and Wells Fargo. The staff are so helpful and always demonstrate a genuine care attitude towards their customers! I’ve seen it in my own eyes. I’m so so happy and they continue to grow and stay ahead from the other competitions out there. Thanks

If you wanna experience and learn the difference between a bank and a credit union, TEXAS BAY CU is the place to go. I applied for a car loan and got approved the same day. My loan rates got even lower as the application goes by. With all the things that are happening during the pandemic, especially with the car prices going up due to chip shortage and supply/demand, no worries because they ensure they guide you all throughout the process. I’ve been with TBCU going on 3 yrs now and it has been a great experience. The personal service I get from the team in Katy, TX, out performs any of the larger banks in the area. I didn’t think it could get better but today they surprised me by handling the sale of my car. I referred the buyer of my car to TBCU for an auto loan. He got approved and they handled everything for the buyer and took care of everything for me as a seller. It was fast, easy, and seamless. Thank you to Mandy O. for making this experience for the seller and I so awesome!

All i can say is wow! i moved here from Washington state and was looking to open a new account here locally. I had a credit union in WA and they were apart of the shared branching credit network with my old bank so i figured why not. I had been there a few times prior to cash checks and deposit money and was always greeted with a smile and a hearty hello. Their customer service is outstanding and always done with efficiency. I asked about opening an account with them and the entire process was completed in about 15 minutes! I worked with Mandy and she was superb! She explained everything in great detail, answered any questions I had and treated me with kindness. I left with my brand new Houston Astros debit card and a complete understanding of what I had signed up for. I highly recommend this branch if you are looking into opening a new bank account!
