Texas Bank S Preston Rd, Prosper

WOW... What a difference! I moved my personal and business accounts from BOA because of unresolved issues, video screen tellers, constant employee rotations, etc. BOA is simply too big. I choose Texas Bank because friendly people are present when you walk in. I am recognized and greeted when I enter and the great, personal service starts immediately. It's like going back in time 20 years ago when banking was a pleasant, personal experience. I highly recommend Texas Bank in Prosper!

Such a difference! Amidst everything Covid that has been ongoing, I went to my local Bank of America located just a few blocks down the street here in Prosper. To my unsurprise with this particular location... no tellers available, literally - zero. I get it.. ongoing Covid issues... but good night, you're my "Too Big to Fail" bank! They told me I had to use the ATM for all transactions to include deposits. A quick drive down the street to Texas Bank. It felt like entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Walked through the doors and 2 tellers along with a manager await at the teller desk as if they were expecting me and ready to serve. It was perfect! This bank is the largest physical bank in town and yet has the feel of a small town bank, exactly what Prosper needs. The folks who work here treat you as if they've known you the entirety of your life and I love it. Such a vast difference in service and relationship between BIG Bank of America and TX Bank! Step in and see the difference for yourself.

Fantastic people we have been banking with Texas Bank Prosper for both business and personal for several years. We have several accounts and utilize multiple products to include our on line banking. We call periodically and always receive great customer service. We recently moved our business from another location and thank for your assistance.

For where we live, this branch has a very convenient location. Any time we have gone into that office, we were met with friendly staff. We recently had an issue with our account and calling customer service did nothing to help. I called the branch directly and spoke to a manger regarding the situation. my issue was resolved and we came to a happy middle ground and I really appreciate the flexibility. The manager who helped me also took great initiative to resolve another issue we had. It was tremendously appreciated . I can’t speak to all the services offered as we aren’t in market for any loans. They do have various options for different types of banking and offer free checking.

The entire staff here is amazing. They are always so helpful. All of the big banks could really learn how it should be done by Debbie, Paul and the team at Texas Bank. Moving all my accounts here ASAP.

Texas Bank is my favorite bank ever. It's a place where everyone knows your name and customer service is top notch. We use for both business and personal for a few years now and love it. Debbie in new accounts signed us up and was so friendly, I always pop in to say hello every trip into the lobby.

Update: My banking experience keeps getting better. I had had accounts with them for over 2 years and the relationship keeps growing. I appreciate that when I stop in they know who I am and address me by name! We are starting a new business and of course I knew ahead of time where I would be banking. Debbie and the whole team are amazing! We love banking at Texas Bank!

Texas Bank customer service is superior. We have our business relationship serviced out of the Prosper branch. Each and every staff member go above and beyond when attending to our banking needs. Our client experience has been exceptional!

Texas Bank Prosper has far exceeded our expectations in the handling of our small business account. Debbie Colby and the branch team are hands on with all of our needs with their superior customer service. They are a bank we can trust!!

As far as banks go they are ok. No one really can fix any issue, and to get anything adjusted is like an act of Congress. Someone always has to reach out to another person. Their fees are outrageous but they do offer free checking. I have Bank of America and chase business accounts and have no issues. This bank I have a lot of issues with, but they are right down the street from my house. When the build a big box store bank closer, I will move this account away.
