UPDATE: Although I didn't think I would be refinancing this soon after purchasing (a little over a year), the mortgage rate environment made it too good of an opportunity to turn down. Eagle Mortgage also periodically emails me pricing trends on my property as well as my neighborhood. Once again his team was extremely efficient in making the process as easy as possible.
