This branch of Texans Credit Union is by far the best in all of Texas and I have been to many. The staff is super friendly and helpful I know all their name's and they know mine it's that kind of above and beyond service that keeps myself and my family Texans for LIFE. A big thanks go's out to Anna, KB,and Olivia who are the nicest bankers I've ever had the pleasure of Knowing Keep it up Texans your the best!

Anna has done it again!! She made me feel like a celebrity and I don't even have my own show!!! Whenever I stop by to see how much trouble she's gotten into, I always leave feeling like I've had a free therapy session 😁. Olivia always goes out of her way to help, and K.B. and Jocelyn are willing to put up with my antics 👍. Best staff ever!! Raises for everyone 😜.

Jocelyn and Anna are top tier, A+ humans. Really, everyone in the branch is, but Jocelyn and Anna are usually the ones I see/talk to whenever I have to go to the bank for anything. They, as well as the rest of the staff at TCU are genuinely sweet and caring. They truly make every visit a pleasant experience.

We have been with Texans for 37 years. The Allen branch has always had a great staff that goes above and beyond. Definitely has that small town feeling when it comes to doing business with them.

This is my favorite Texans branch! I worked with Sanchita she helped me greatly getting my auto loan financed. She also gave me great advice in managing and building my credit!

Sanchita Thapa did an outstanding job making my car loan process smooth and stress free. Everything was done online, phone, email and text. Always very prompt answering my messages, emails and phone calls. Very informative, polite and professional. I will never finance thru a car dealership again. They are very friendly and just eager to help you especially in the Allen branch. Just had an experience with doing a car loan with them and it was smooth with no hiccups.
