I have bought 4 or 5 cars through Texans Credit Union. I always get pre-approved to make the process so much easier and less stressful. I don’t have to deal with the dealerships I just tell them I already have financing and which car I’m interested in. Ask for Jackie Balogh, she’s AMAZING!❣️

Texans has been amazing for our banking needs, more specifically loans. They are speedy, great at communication, and very knowledgeable in their field. Our most recent vehicle loan was handled by Jackie B and she was the absolute best all the way around!! We will continue to use them for years to come!

My mother Purchased a NX 2022 Lexus from Park Place Lexus Plano. Park Place Lexus Plano DID NOT offer my mother GAP Insurance at ALL. Without any hesitation Tekeesa and Jackie IMMEDIATELY help my mother with her needs to refinance her NEW VEHICLE. With a lower interest rate and of course GAP INSURANCE. Texins caught a fraud charge on my card. When I had to get a new card, Comfort Nwagboso did a great job helping me and was very nice. I love the Wylie Office. There always there for us.

My husband recently and very unexpectedly went home to Jesus, so it was necessary to make changes to the accounts we've held at Texans for many years. Both the branch manager, Rosezetta, and the assistant branch manager, Tekeesa, assisted me. The changes were quickly and efficiently made; both ladies were compassionate, kind, and professional. I loved them both and am happy to be able to continue to do business with our local Texans Credit Union!

I have been a member for over 30 years and the Wylie branch is always friendly day and ready to help. Jackie has always gone above and beyond to make sure every financed purchase I have had has gone smoothly.

The last 3 times in that I've attempted to come here, the ATM is out of service. If its giving you this many problems, just replace the stupid thing. I'll just stick with driving all the way to Garland, at least their stuff works. The staff in Wylie is excellent and knowledgeable. But if you need an ATM, just go somewhere else because it's probably "out of service".

The experience at the Wylie Texans CU was very professional and courteous. Takeesa Trigg answered all of our concerns and we were able to complete our transactions without having to schedule a revisit.
