    We went to this location to close our saving account since we don't use it. The lady at the front desk old us that we need to call Service line and refuse to help. We contacted Bank of America to close the saving account by chat and they closed my checking account instead (even I request in writing clearly to close SAVING account) I found out they made mistake just 5 minutes after that and immediately contact them to reinstate the account. They said they can't do it and I have to call in to talk to specialist by phone. I called . The waiting was forever and after more than 2 hours on phone, they said they cant' reopen the account and created a case and asked me to call back to check the case status!!! Now they hold my money and I can't pay my bills. First time experience the worst service from bank like this. I don't think I live in US but in a communist country where customer's right is ignored at its highest.

    All the time I have worst experience, boa is failing businesses because I am tired of lining up for several minutes just to pay a business I work with. I asked the business to give me a non boa bank account or I will take my business to somewhere else I wish there is 0 star

    I don't even know where to start the worst location every i don't know what is happening every time i come to this location i have been coming to this bank every since 2001 have all my accounts mortgage credit card you name it however the customer service is going down every single day good luck if you see familiar face for a month the turn over of employees is unspeakable moving to different bank that will treat you better is the next option.

    I have bank account with BOA, and I have been coming the multiple BOA branches around the DFW. However, the BOA in Murphy is the worst: Bad customer service, unprofessional behavior, and the facility was bad. I've visited the branch to get some cash in Dec 26, 2020. When I've come, there were ten people getting in line to see the teller. The building was very hot inside; it was very uncomfortable due to the high temperature. The receptionist was very rule who yelled at people as they were standing in the wrong direction (we did not know where is the line to be turned). At one point, there was only one teller working, and the 12 customers waiting in a line. I was a victim of the waiting. People kept asking who is the manager of this branch? why they did not get some help to provide more tellers for the busy customers. BOA needs to look into their service and employees who did not well present their over all company. I will not visit this brand again.

    Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Will be moving my money back to Chase. Manager will not open a teller window even if there is a line around the bank. The tellers are scheduled for lunch at noon...the same time everyone is going to the bank. The manager, who I assume is scheduling the employees, has no concept of staffing according to known busy times. This problem is at every Bank of America in the Dallas area that I've been to.

    Made an appointment online for business account services - everyone was very helpful and able to get everything taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Great experience!

    Horrible customer service. The person at the front desk was not knowledgeable. Took our info but the manager never called back. #BoA, @BoA, please pay some attention to Murphy, TX Branch. Just being courteous goes a long way. Hire folks who enjoy helping customers.

    The work staff and service , never had good experience in past 2 years. Always have to be in line for several minutes to do small thing like deposit a cheque.

    Ridiculous absolutely always only one teller and 10 people in line. In the last 20minutes only two clients have been helped. Horrible
