I just have to compliment the Customer Service part from Adrianna! I have been to this location on multiple occasions through the drive thru. This was the very first time I was greeted before sending up my paperwork. Sometimes I wonder if there’s anybody there, even though it says open. It was so refreshing to be greeted and not have to wonder if someone was there or not. And she had such a pleasant demeanor!

Jennifer Hill was amazing! She went above and beyond to get my car purchased as well as to get my husband's car purchased! She deserves a promotion and a couple of raises!!!

Both Karen and Eric were amazing! Every-time I walk in I get welcomed with big smiles and fast service! You can tell they take pride in their job and take pride in putting a smile on people’s face! Before walking out Jennifer the manager made sure my service was fast and efficient!

Eric was great service!! We were in and out we shared some laughs and we got done what needed to be done. Very great employee!!

Texans Credit Union---this branch has been my main banking institution for almost twenty years. I’ve had and still have other banking sources only for convenience sake. The reason I’m a longtime member speaks volume to the professional, superb, and excellent service that I receive each time I do business with them. Whether significant or insignificant, the service is the same. Recently, I had a scare with possible fraudulent activities that resulted in a ‘hold’ on my debit card. The branch manager, Jennifer Hill, and Melissa (there were others as well), used their skills and expertise and helped me with my unique case, and worked on my behalf in every financial way. Always valuing me as a member, and most of all, comforting me in that they would get to the bottom of things very soon. Proficiency at its finest! My problem was resolved quickly, and I now have peace of mind that my financial information is safe and secured. Things are back to normal. I am a Texans Credit Union member, for life.

I recently had to purchase a new vehicle as a result of an accident. As a result, my vehicle was declared a total loss. I contacted Texans Credit Union and was fortunate to work with Branch Manager, II Jennifer Hill, located at the Irving Blvd. Branch. She was very professional , kind, and helpful. The entire process was VERY easy. The next day after I applied for the vehicle loan, my wife was in a new car. Customer Service is a no longer front and center in a lot of places. However, when you get good Customer Service, it stand out. Very please and highly recommend Jennifer Hill for any future needs.

My experience at this location has been Amazing from beginning to end. I'm not one to leave reviews but this branch deserves to be recognized for the above & beyond service they provide their customers! I came in with a complicated request and was immediately helped by the branch manager Jennifer Hill. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way. After several phone calls later, she managed to accomplish the impossible!! Jennifer, thank you for being so thorough & determined to help me!! I might have come in teary-eyed and heart broken but I definitely left with happy tears!! Jennifer, you truly are an Angel from God!! Thank you so much for everything!!🙏 I am forever grateful!!
