I rarely write a review, but after the outstanding service with James Carr I felt compelled to do so. James is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He also has a very friendly and caring personality. He was able to successfully take care of all my insurance needs including a major life insurance policy. James explained everything in detail and took his time to make sure that I understand everything. Plus, he saved me a lot of money! I will highly recommend him to all of my business associates, family and friends.

These guys are awesome! Spoke with the wonderful Sandy Daniels and you can tell she genuinely cares about you and your well being. She was able to get me BETTER car insurance and renters insurance than what I already had, FOR HALF THE PRICE!!!! Loved that she didn’t try to upsell me and tried to find me all the discounts and deals she could. Very professional, but also incredibly sweet, kind, and caring. Highly recommend her services and State Farm to anyone who wants solid coverage for a reasonable price 👍

I recently had an incident and I needed to know if what had occurred to my vehicle was covered by insurance. I phoned James and he provided excellent assistance by navigating me through the entire process. The matter was settled with the insurance paying for my car repairs. James was very responsive to any and all of my questions and he acted as liaison between me and claims. He is a stellar agent and one of the main reasons I have been a State Farm customer for years. It is so reassuring to know there is an actual person to contact when insurance issues arise. James and his entire office team are the best!!
