I worked with Joe Lee of Temple View Capital as a referral from a friend of mine, my experience was that of pain and stress free real estate loan application that was as smooth as the proverbial silk. We closed in record time, he kept me and my business colleagues up to date through the entire process, also offered resources that we continue to use today. Since then my colleagues are I continue to call on him whenever we have real estate deals that need no fuss quick closings with minimal documents. Highly recommend !!!

Joe Lee and Temple View Capital are simply the BEST in hard money/private money lending. I came to them with a very complex deal, after attempting to close with 2 other lenders. Just when I was ready to give up on this deal and move on, Joe and TVC came in and saved the day. They are extremely professional, responsive, reasonable and will go the extra mile(s) to make the deal work for you. Everyone I have dealt with at TVC has been excellent, but Joe Lee has been my main point of contact. He makes you feel like he is just as invested in your success as you are. As an investor himself, he has already been through many of the pitfalls we encounter in this business, and he will happily offer advice, guidance and encouragement. I can honestly say that he has become a trusted partner in lending and I will never go elsewhere!

First time working with Temple View and the process has been terrible. They’ve had my loan docs for over two months. They struggled to find an appraiser and made me pay $1800 for an appraisal that they’ve had back for weeks now. Was supposed to close two weeks ago and today they decide they won’t fund due to population size of the town. Why wasn’t I told this from the start or at any point during the process until weeks after we were supposed to close? They’ve cost me time and money. Avoid working with them.

I partner on a deal in Los Angeles and we used temple view. I normally use lendinghome because they are faster to close but temple view does a lot of things other lenders don't and it ultimately cost us a lot less money to use them. Dave Winetraub is the guy we work with and he's very responsive.

Joe Lee was our loan officer and I have worked with a number of professionals but I was and continue to be impressed with his work. Very on top of things and is a man of his word. I will keep working with Joe Lee for a long time.

Temple view has been good to me. We have closed 3 deals and they make the process so smooth. My last deal was a tough one to close but Joe Lee is the best! Joe went over and beyond to get the job done!

Joseph Lee is amazing at what he does. He is a true professional and always goes above & beyond for his clients & Brokers. Temple View has been good to me because of the better leverage and terms. Only critique I have is they aren’t always as quick to close as my other guys but their leverage is a lot better than everyone else. I work with Dave Weintraub and I can hit him up any time and any day for whatever I need.

We had a loan that had to close in about a week and we didn’t have an appraisal. David and Hans got it done for us on time. If you have a fair amount of experience their terms and programs are solid.

This company is absolutley terrible. This is coming from a U.S Marine who likes to do business the right way and they have not stayed true to there word at all. They have made it a stressful transaction from beginning to end I would not recommend anyone use this terrible company.
