I visited TEM pawn shop this past weekend in search of a nice digital camera to aid in teaching some photography basics. I chose the pawn shop because of their selection and because shopping at TEM in the past has been a positive experience. I selected a Nikon DSLR type point and shoot camera and purchased it. Having taken various pictures in light and dark settings with the camera for a day, I suspected the vibration reduction mechanism was not working properly. I returned to the shop two days later and explained what was happening. They understood the problem I was having and told me I could review their other selection of cameras in the same price range to find a replacement. I was having a hard time selecting a replacement camera and they were patient and worked with me to find a good solution. I am happy that I shopped at TEM and will continue to do so in the future.
