Telhio Credit Union E Broad St, Reynoldsburg

Columbus Metro should have stayed away from this group. I have had to request a reversal of checking fees the first month of their switch. this is the reason I left Huntington 6 years ago, being fee'd to death. I really wanted this to be a beneficial change, but the only changes I have made were to my primary bank- I closed all but the savings account in order to maintain my credit card through columbus metro. if that changes, it will ALL be closed down as I will NOT being doing business with the likes of these individuals.

Lacking. I wish Columbus Metro had stayed separate from this place. A simple withdrawal was an issue. Why merge if your customer service is going to lack. Going to close my accounts today. Terrible credit union.

This young lady has a wonderful attitude and has been helpful on multiple visits. She has now counted out $1500 in ones that I save, like many people save change… my “special things” money, and been pleasant and helpful. Omolara Banton. I hope I spelled that correctly. Michael Martin

Overdraft protection via savings account balance is not authorized, other than that it’s a great local bank.

Only giving 1 star because it doesn’t have the option for 0. In short, go to another financial institution. Money has disappeared from our business account then reappeared with zero explanation from them. They have returned payroll transactions for absolutely no reason and again, no explanation. In the branch, the majority of their employees are painfully slow at processing the simplest of transactions and have an attitude. We will be taking our all of our business to a more competent institution.

The only phone number listed cancels phone calls and leads no where. Pretty messy merger with Columbus Metro Federal Credit Union, making it very difficult to access my own bank account. If they listed more contact numbers for each bank so I could reach someone there it wouldn't be as big of an issue but the only number that is listed does not work. If you're new I would go else where

Telhio is full of very caring people including Kristoff Young! When I interact with Telhio employees, I've always felt listened to and felt like I was important! Kristoff and others often make me feel like helping me is all they have to do (even though we all know that everyone has tons of things to do)!

We always get the best service at the Reynoldsburg branch staff and from their Business department, specifically Elyse Sturtz. We will always use Telhio for our commercial banking needs.

I can't even give this credit union a single star but I have to because, otherwise, you can't post a comment. What a joke! I've had a loan with Telhio for over 4 years and still can't make an online payment because I don't have a checking account with them! I didn't have a checking account with Capital One either but I was able to make my car loan payments for the loan online! I will NEVER put my money in this banking farce and once I pay off the loan balance, I am done with them! Do yourself a huge favor, avoid the hassles, and you will have them with this CU, and bank elsewhere!! Btw, I'm not exclusively stating that this branch is bad. I'm saying that TCU overall is behind the times when it comes to banking.

This financial institution is a JOKE!!! Customer service is horrid at best. Tellers don't know the details of certain dealings, but that doesn't stop them from giving you bad information. I have been lied to and had other incidents with this bank until today. Closed all of my accounts and walked away. I would suggest taking a look at other options before putting your money here.
