Huntington Bank E Broad St, Reynoldsburg

I have dealt with Huntington for over 25 years in Cincinnati. They have always been courteous, helpful, and quick to service me. I do have a problem with the ATM drive through on Broad Street. I went there a couple of times and the card entry was jammed. I could not enter my card to deposit a check. On Saturday, I tried and could not get it to work. During the time of trying, a cream colored car with 2 men pulled up to my back bumper.

Not sure why customer service is worse during a time when there is LESS client facing interactions. The branch is open but you must have an appt to enter the lobby. So anything outside of an ATM withdrawl/deposit, consumers need to call in for an appt. But no one answers the phone nor return messages which consumers are asked to leave. And then to allow at least one business day to return calls? (That's if you ever get a call back.) You're a financial establishment! This is disappointing.

Least helpful staff ever. If you have an issue or questions, just call corporate first.

I have been a customer of Huntington's for many years, both personal and business banking. I am very happy with their services and resolutions of issues. Do wish their bill pay checks were letter size though.

Worst bank! It takes forever to get anything done or to see anyone. My husband and I went on Saturday to close a couple of accounts, the teller told us that the banker had to do it and we were next in line. We waited 25 mins before the banker was ready and called someone back that came in 15 mins after us. I'm glad we will be moving out money out of that bank soon.

Horrible service. I waited 15 minutes just to deposit a check. The only person that spoke to me was the person leaving. I was ignored by everyone else. They had no teller in the front of the lobby. If you're not going to service people in the lobby then close your lobby. I wasted my lunch break just to do a simple transaction and I couldn't even get it done. Avoid this place like the plague.

WORST BANK I DEALT WITH. They closed my account for no apparent reason. Wasn't negative or anything. But of course they will say because of “security reasons.” Waste of time. Money kept randomly leaving my account without me purchasing anything or even having a bank card!! Don't waste your time here honestly, they were very quick to try to close my account without me doing anything bad to the account. If only i could rate zero. Don't believe all positive comments you see online. Most are generates anyhow. By managers and other staff because i had to do it once. Choose somewhere different

NEVER BANK HERE! If you are a patron or member here and you walk in and ask to withdraw your money they will tell you you can't withdraw more than 2000 dollars. My wife banks here and that's exactly what they told her. We needed to withdraw our 7800 dollars for our trip and other shopping, they told her sorry your only allowed to withdraw 2000. She has been with this bank for 7 years and I personally know people that are multi-millionaire's that bank here, they would not tell them that. My bank does not practice this method of banking. SHAME ON HUNTINGTON BANK THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE. BEWARE, DON'T BANK HERE. GOD BLESS TELHIO CREDIT UNION.

At first they appear to be helpful at they aren’t. They are there to kill time and earn their wages. I won’t recommend.

This is the slowest bank EVER!!!!! You will wait, I promise you. 11/14/16. I have been in the drive-thu now for 15 minutes for $5.00 in tooth fairy money.
