Telco Community Credit Union U.s. Hwy, Hickory

Telco is a great bank. I’ve been a member for going on 6 years and I’m glad I made the switch. Their staff at the hickory branch is always very friendly and helpful. Their loan agent is awesome. He makes things happen and is always thorough with the process. Not to mention, they have great rates.

Telco has been awesome to do business with. They take good care of me everytime I walk in the bank.

Two times I've had my limit increased and they haven't increased it I've been a customer for well over a year so not really sure why the limits so low anyway. I have had a positive experience but there are some things they should work on. For instance if you go to the grocery store the transaction will suddenly vanish & the money appears back in your account. Better hope you've kept up with it because you'll overdraft. Of which I do practically every week because I never know what is going to vanish lol

The financial professionals of Telco Credit Union at the Hickory Branch have helped me with my finances over the years. I am very satisfied with the results I have gotten with this bank. Everyone at this establishment are very nice and very helpful with any questions a person would have. I would highly recommend Telco Credit Union to anyone looking for a bank to where you don’t feel like just a number. Thank you to the team at Telco.

Poor communication with members, the staff is friendly. But, this branch does not have much going for its location. They reach out to other business for free goodies to give away to its members. So, does it truly come from the branch! The lack of communication, hold time, and return calls, is unbelievable and unacceptable. Will be closing 2 accounts here, sadly but true. Hopefully when they move to the new building off HWY127 different area, maybe new upbeat and professional attitude. So, just blame it on Covid- every business does. No such thing as members first!

I would love a call from the owner of Telco. I’m sure he would like to hear just how 1star his 30year customers have been treated lately. I’m ashamed for them and ashamed I’m leaving a 1star review as I don’t think I’ve ever done this for anyone.

I've had both positive and negative experiences at Telco. One experience from a rude teller caused me to quit banking with them at which time I moved all the accounts except for an auto loan with a great interest rate. When I switch my bank they began double drafting on this auto loan, making two payments / month. The bank manager took weeks to respond to my concern. Complete lack of customer service on his part.

Great rates on cars. Refinanced here about a year ago. Always met with smiling faces if I go into the bank.

I've banked with them for a fee months now and every one is really respectful and they take your business very seriously no matter the size so all and all its a great place to bank
