I usually go to Foothills Jewelry and Loan for the purchase of a fire arm. I thought I would give this place a shot. Staff was not friendly and acted like they did not want me in the store. They literally saw me looking at fire arms and would not acknowledge me. Poor selection and poor service. Went down the road to Foothills, purchased what I needed with a staff that wanted my business.

Our family has been shopping here for years we love it .they very good people.and good quality merchandise very dependable place to shop

For guns this store is meh. They have a alot of used stuff. The prices are high and the selection is weak. Definitely not a go to for a real gun guy.

I just walked into this place for the first time in nearly 20 years of living here. Walked right out. Customer service person could not even look at me, barely answered my question, and appeared incredibly rude. I asked a simple question. I won't be back here, there's a place up in Lenoir that is on the polar opposite side of treating customers. Guns Too in Lenoir. Remember it. That's where I'll be going tomorrow. Edit: that same afternoon, I went to Lenoir, walked into Guns Too, and the counter person was outstanding, had the gun I wanted, had kept it on hold for me till I could get there, and was a gentleman all the way. Hickory Pawn and Gun could use a lesson in customer service and basic decency from Guns Too.

Great outfit to deal with! They had a high-value collectible listed online and responded quickly to my email for more information. Spoke to Mitch and we agreed to a very good price on the phone and it was shipped out quickly (I'm almost 400 miles away from them). The item arrived in BETTER than described condition. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

When trying to call they pretty much ignored that they answered the phone and started talking to one another and talking about other things and say they weren't going to be answering anymore calls while I was on the phone. This was highly disrespectful

Traded in and purchased handguns here. Very reasonable. Considerably cheaper than some other gun dealers I visit. Electronics appear to be reasonably priced as well though I haven't purchased any.

We will never use them again, first they offer lower than quick cash right down the road, 2nd they are rude and act as if they are police. I went to pay a payment with my military id with my spouses name on it because we share a debit card with his name they refused note dod id had his name as well as mine where im authorized to use, we use quick cash and use the card everywhere with no problem. Anytime I have been there they are not very helpful and rude we refuse to give them any further business of any sort. Would give no stars if we could. Needless to say pulled pawn and will continue to use quick cash from now on.
