I had an excellent first time home buying experience with Steve & his team including Gina & Susan. They all went out of their way and made sure the process moved along smoothly and on time. They were always available to answer all my questions through email and provided me with all the document I requested and made sure I understand the details. The response time was always the same day which was a bonus. Steve made sure I understand the whole process and even advised me on the history of the properties that I was interested, in terms of legal matters. All in all the whole process took the same time that Steve predicted. I closed and moved in the new property within 30 days. I appreciate the efforts of the Stearns team and their professionalism.
