TD Bank East St, Walpole

I have had my account with this bank for 25 years along with the mergers. I have my personal and business accounts with TD Bank. I have used TD Bank in Maine, New Hampshire and now Massachusetts. The Walpole Branch has always exhibited excellent customer service whenever I come to this branch. Everyone has been professional and helpful. For example, the suggestions made by bank personnel have been not only been terrific but have saved me time and money. I am grateful for all of the assistance that I received at this branch for my personal accounts and my PPP loan that I received for my small business during the PANDEMIC. Thanks for your assistance. Great job!

This Bank and it is employees are an example of everything that is wrong in our country and why its values and core of decency are being destroyed. I attempted to cash some large bills into smaller ones and was denied service because I refused to pay a fee or provide personal information. The staff and manager were rude and treated me as a nuisance. Thanx for no courtesy and I am having my family close their accounts with the bank

I could not recommend TD BANK any more if I tried. They have been fantastic to me from day one. I was using them out of necessity at first - my paycheck is drawn from an account at TD BANK and this location is closest to my work - but stayed with them and opened an account because of their outstanding customer service. Everyone that works at this Walpole, Ma location has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me and know me by name. I haven't had a single issue with my banking since becoming a customer and their ability to issue a bank card in the spot and without having to wait is a huge bonus. I never have to worry about bring inconvenienced if I lose or accidentally destroy my card. All I have to do is go into the branch and they will give me a new one right then and there. I may sound hyperbolic in my praise of this bank - in particular the Walpole branch - but I assure you, they are THAT good.

This facility lives up to TD Banks reputation 😛. Actually everyone I’ve every been to including the original name TD BANKNORTH ( which I understand other states need Banks. Just wish they kept the ones up north the original name and called the rest TD BANK.

Manager here is terrible. Called me up and pulled me out of a meeting today to tell me he cannot honor an incentive for a 15 year bank member. Mind you I was already given this information and shared my concerns via the corporate line and that's the best they can do for a response. Waste of my time. Will be looking to transfer to a bank that values thier loyal customers.

I have now had multiple TERRIBLE experience at this location. Manager and his underlings are RUDE & ABRASIVE with little to no customer service/people person skills. Pushy and aggressive with their methods, I recommend everyone find a better bank with better people.

Staff is very friendly, professional and attentive to customer's needs. We had a lot of questions, and changes to our account, it was Sunday at 3:30 PM (bank hours are till 3:00) and the staff patiently helped us. They did not bother for once that it was over time. This wasn't the first time, I have been to this bank multiple times since we moved to Walpole and this branch has been exceptional compared to other TD branches I have been. Both, John and Eric, and other staff behind the counters are fantastic. Once my account was charges a maintenance fee due to my ignorance about rules, and they were kind enough to explain the rules, and issues me to refund. This is the only bank open on Saturday and Sundays, and they are indeed the most friendly, convenient bank to go to in Walpole.

Large corporate bank with local and personal touch. One a few separate occasions one of the managers Svetlana was very helpful and timely assisted with certain items that would probably be more difficult to coordinate with other banks.

The company as a whole is a bunch of thieves. To charge 7 dollars to cash a check for a non customer is insane. Go Eastern Bank a bank that does not nickel and dime.
