Team Dawes was absolutely fantastic to work with. They were quick, concise, and very friendly. I had tried to use other, bigger loan companies before them, but always had a rough experience. These companies treated me like just a customer, taking forever to get back to me with something that I felt is pretty life changing. Team Dawes was always there, providing updates regularly and answering any questions no matter when I had them. It all felt very personal and welcoming, and I would 100% recommend them to any friends and family in the future!

Would not recommend this company. Compared with other mortgage companies they require a lot more information for approval. They asked me for an offer letter from my job and it stated i was full time but that was not enough it needed to state 40 hours. That is on top of not only w2s which is common but also federal return paperwork. When speaking politely and mono tone to the employees they became upset and mistook my comments as me being angry. Really ended up being a massive waste of my time. Just my personal experience and opinion.

I thought the process of buying a home would be hard. You all made it very easy, especially being able to do everything electronically. Everyone was very kind, helpful and patient with all my questions. Start to finish went very quickly as well.

William and his team made buying a home painless. From preapproval, recommending a realtor. To walking us through each step, always staying in contact so we never wondered what was going on. Would reccomend them 100 times over
