So on Monday, I called Mark to start the pre-approval process. Within two hours we had the pre-approval and made offer on the house! Mark, Mike, and Tiffany made my mortgage process so easy. My realtor set up a half-hour call for me and Mark to talk through mortgage pre-qualification and the homebuying process. I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy, but based on our conversation I felt confident that I had the information I needed to get the process started. The pre-approval process took a couple of hours, and the very next day, my realtor & I scheduled six house showings and put in an offer — with a 15-day close! Mark & co. made the loan approval process easy, and locked in my rate. I've heard horror stories about having to provide endless amounts of documentation, but I felt like Tiffany was really in my corner and making sure the lender didn't overburden me with documentation requests. Supplying the entire amount of statements, backup documentation, explanation letters, etc. was <60 minutes of my time. Anytime I had questions, someone from Team Aalto got back to me ASAP, which really helped as it was my first homebuying experience and I had lots of questions. Now, fifteen days later, my mortgage has closed and it was a pretty painless process — especially in comparison to some of the stories I've heard from friends! Next time I need a mortgage or refinance, I'll definitely be working with Mark's team, and my personal opinion is that you should too.

Mark and his worked diligently and effectively in processing our mortgage getting us a closing 4 days early?!?!? Yes!! EARLY!! Now this might be possible in all cases but they clearly understood the needs of the underwriters and other oversight people that they prepared us with a list of necessary docs to have available.
