Amazing group of individuals who all seem to genuinely care and want to help you with any concern or question. I love this bank and their team ever more, when ever I need to go in for questions about my car loan, my bank account or even my retirement accounts they’re always willing to help and patiently go over things with me until I understand.

I had an amazing experience there thanks to Nicole! Im usually really nervous when i have to interact(socially distanced of course) with people outside of my workplace. And she was absolutely amazing and service was very fast and helpful. I'm thankful that this location exists and that everyone tries there best to satisfy people's needs and questions everyday!

New customer but so far I’ve never waited long to be seen by someone when having to go to customer service or whatever it is lol nor have I waited long on line to deposit money etc . So far so good :) only negative experience I’ve had was the lady who helped me open my account accidentally had written my account numbers incorrectly so when I went to pay my bills on line I got a overdraft fee BUT it was quickly taken care of and waived the same day so not really a complaint .

I was in the bank today and was rushing to get out of the heat... I got so hot I felt like I was going to pass out the teller Brianna noticed how shakey I was and offered me some cold water thank you so much for your help Brianna...

The Amityville branch ATM'S are ALWAYS BROKEN! The branch manager is rude and unprofessional . She doesn't have any knowledge of branch procedures. She needs to freshen up on her people skills

This bank would be perfect with more tellers when the line is growing. Everyone who works there is kind and generous with a smile. The bank mgr and team are wonderful to work with and very patient. I know we are all in a hurry these days but it helps to put ourselves in the shoes of others. I am grateful to have this bank and services nearby.

The most under staffed bank I have ever seen, was just there and left after waiting 15 mins and not moving. I took a pic, only 2 tellers working at all times and not one employee at there desk. They won't even let you use their coin machine.

Absolutely the worst branch to come to on Friday. They don't take in to consideration it's alot of peoples payday...today they have only 3 tellers and 18 people on line waiting. Last time I ever bank at this branch. The tellers are lovely very polite

Friendly tellers, if your credit isnt perfect your not getting a loan, also their coin counters rob you to no end. I counted my change before using the machine and it was off by over $140. I disputed it and they basically told me i was a liar. Free checking and savings as long as you keep $1 in the savings. I might downgrade to 2 stars. Ill flip a coin on it
