Best experience ever at a car dealership! I gave five stars because I can’t give 10! Ray was so helpful every step of the way - from my inquiry to purchase. I couldn’t ask for a more kind, patient and professional person to make this process easier. Frank had my best interest in mind with the numbers. I’m fact, the entire team at the dealership was top notch! I definitely recommend this dealership and will return myself. Update after six months - when we bought this vehicle Frank states we could come back to him to refinance for a lower payment in five months. We called six months after the see if the deal held. Frank wanted us to put more money down to get the lower payment. That wasn’t the deal presented. We went directly to the bank and was able to refinance with no money down, without extending our payments for a longer term, and a much less payment. Lesson: go directly to the bank for the best refinance offer.

My Experience with sunrise auto outlet was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! Buying my very first car was an absolute pleasure, Ray made sure I was completely knowledgeable and comfortable with choosing a car. Ray was so patient and pleasant. I 100% recommend asking for Ray. Nikki & Bill was so helpful, as a team they really made sure I was leaving a happy customer which I am leaving her in a BMW X4 as my very first car. I couldn’t be more Happy. First thing when I came into the dealership the sales representative Felix was very helpful and very courteous. We saw the car that we really liked put a healthy down payment on it and thought everything would be good. They talked about a few minor cosmetics that needed to be done. Two days later we called for an update, spoke with Sally in the call center she was very nasty and rude. My husband was explaining things to her and she was beyond rude with him. I called her up myself and spoke to her about customer service and professionalism in the mist of my conversation she said " Goodbye" and hung up. Needless to say I jumped in my car and went back to get the money back ( if it starts out shady then it ends up shady). Once the deposit is given they ignore and avoid any other type of conversation. It actually took them five days to cut a check back to us. We had to personally go back and get it even then we had to wait. Absolutely horrible experience. My personal opinion if you are looking for a horrible experience, this place will not disappoint you. They will receive on a scale from 1 -10 an 10 being the worst they will receive 10's on up and down the list... CAN YOU SAY HORRIBLE TIMES 10

Wanted to buy a car here. Had to call 3 times to get someone that wouldn't just hang up on me. Car I was asking about they said they didn't want to sell. They listed it on cargurus but literally said "I highly doubt they are going to want to sell it". Usually small dealerships like this have to go above any beyond to get customers, they don't. Mercedes Benz of Massapequa is less than 3 minutes away.

This company is unethical. I went to inquire about a vehicle and 45 days later I ended up with a bill for a vehicle that I do not own nor have I registered. I have reached out to the owners and nothing has been resolved.

My salesman Ray was very professional and friendly. This was my first time visiting New York and I definitely felt welcomed.

Worst car buying experience ever!!! Kevin and Frank are criminals…After having my credit checked Kevin said that the bank is asking for a larger down payment. After signing the contract I noticed that the additional down payment was not included. When I called the bank they had no knowledge of it. I had to sue the dealership. Apparently this isn’t the first time Kevin has stole money and the dealership is constantly changing their name. Kevin is a crook! All you have to do is a simple google search. Kevin is currently facing criminal prosecution for fraud and Frank the finance manager is has over 5 pending lawsuits!!

My experience with Sunrise was excellent. All of the staff treat you with care and respect. My salesman Kevin provide me with exceptional service and made this experience very seamless. I would recommend this dealership and would shop here again.

They are the worst in customers service. A family member bought a car from them on line and they sent a car with bald tires. The car was delivered 30 days late after the 1st car note was due. They promised to pay the first note due to the late shipment and never did. They are still giving her the run around. The plates for the car still has not arrived and it's been two months . They kept saying they will call back and never does. Now we have to sue them. They keep giving the run around.

My family's going through hell with this dealership. He got sold a lemon, an overpriced lemon and 2 days later, car broke down 3x on the road, brought it back as he found the car to be unsafe. Car was also sold unable to lock when he got home with it. They refuse to switch him to a working car. They've had the car for 3 weeks now, I'm sure they're trying to drag it out for 30 days, thinking they'll get away with the sale. Stay away from that place, bad business practice. He hasn't been able to speak to anyone in charge, he was not even offered a loaner. ----Hope they sell him a new car that works for that price or completely cancel the deal, then I'll consider re-rating them and post an update.
