The reason there’s no call backs is because the people working there are on their personal phones 98% of the time either on social media or making personal calls and text! So unprofessional it seems because of lack of professionalism this company has gone down the toilet! Don’t go to them for any reason. The people working there will use your personal information to their advantage I have proof of this and will talk to a lawyer! So unprofessional! Fire all them and get new personnel!

TDF held our transportation company bond. We get a letter stating they are out of business, effective 2 days before the letter was dated. The letter states to find a replacement immediately and no refund of the money we have paid them since 2014. I will be seeking legal recourse.

NEVER return calls. I have left 4 messages and they have not returned any. They have an answering system pick up the calls at ALL times. There is NO way to actually reach anyone at that company.

phone calls are not been wander at all and I just got a letter stating that they are shut down for good and no refund available if there is any claim you are on your own do not keep sending payments to them they collect mine even when I was not cover watch out

TDF Went Bankrupt on 4/21/2020 leaving us to scramble for a new bond before ours expires. TDF did not let us know and they will not be refunding our money.

They will not return calls. Leaving messages does no good. I have been trying to get a hold of a claims rep for weeks. These people seem completely unwilling to take claims for the companies they insure.

Terrible and useless. Have been calling and emailing for almost tow months and no updates on anything. Receptionists can only take messages and will not put you though to whoever is working your claim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!
