    If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Service is absolutely nonexistent. I refinanced my house and now they service the loan. They screwed up my paperwork so my payment never went to my account. Try to get someone on the phone to straighten it out? - forget about it!!!!!

    This bank does not care about their customers at all. The customer service is terrible. They put you on hold, then hang up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not bank with them, run.

    Local bank service just super other than that TD BANK SERVICE IS A BIG NG YOU CALL THEIR HELL LINE AND WAIT AND WA ANDIAND NOT ONE ANSWERS VERY VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!

    Do not do business with this institution. "TD says the protection of your account is important to them." This is a lie. TD does not care if the consumer gets scammed. TD is not a good institution to do banking with. I was scammed 478.29 I filed a dispute within minutes and TD did nothing to protect my money. I will be closing my accounts this afternoon.

    I had an auto loan with TD BANK from Aug 2009 thru Aug 2015 when it was paid in full 72 mo. Even though it's on my credit as a negative account and TD BANK only cared about one thing WHAT DAY OF THE MONTH THEY GOT THIER PAYMENT bad very bad no Heart

    Worst bank in the country. They use old letterhead with incorrect mailing addresses. No one picks up the phone. They don't care about their customers. Go with any other bank.
