This place has workers that actually don't know anything about any products. I went to pawn a model car that's worth $1200 for 1st edition and they only wanted to give me $25 for it

Always doing good business speak with someone if there are any problems and they are very professional about it.

Overpriced items that are almost the same price as retail. The place is a rip off!

A parasite on the community this business runs on taking advantage of desperate people in the surrounding low-income area.

Brought in about 30-40 DVDs including blu ray, everywhere else I've been they take DVDs for a dollar a piece, the guy only gave me 12 dollars for all of them. What a rip off.. won't be going here again.

This pawnshop has been around as long as I can remember they got a massive amount of inventory in their place .. most likely they have something to peak most peoples interest from hand tools power tools attachments for them to outside power tools chainsaw blower’s table saws air tools jewelry coins gold electronics of all sorts tv stereo speakers all kinds of video gaming an the extras with them to band equipment to home appliances wall decor fur an leather jackets knives an much much more …..worth the trip an also they do pawn service an buying also …..good group of people in all my personal experience with them …..

Be careful bringing anything here, they use your items and put it back like nothing ever happened. So if it ends up damaged it’s on YOU. Please be aware that if they break your item they could easily put it back and say it came that way. Bring your stuff over to the Webster st pawn shop never have issues there 👍 Last time this happened we asked them if any of the items get touched after being pawned and they said NO. That’s a lie. The past few times I noticed my items were touched, moved, and played with. Old reviews seem to validate that they do use your items. This time around I made sure to do a few extra steps to see if they are playing with my Nintendo switch(s) and they were in fact USING/PLAYING both of my switch. They were both fully charged, pictures were taken before and after they checked it, videos included. Go in to get them back, the bag we asked them to specifically tie up was not in the bag or tied up, I had to ask for a bag. BOTH nintendo switches were completely dead(these are brand new btw) Plastic was missing from the items that I wrapped(plastic came with the packaging) Dust was also on my controller knobs/buttons.

Love this place I must go 2-3 times a week. When I need something 99%of the time they have it. They do layaway 6 months so if you want something special for yourself don't feel guilty put it on layaway. As long as you pay something a month the layaway is good. Even if it's just 2$ I love l9ve this place.

Have made a couple purchase and pawns. I started to come in regularly over the past few months. Pawned what I’ve needed to get by, typically working with the same agent. However this last time I was just instantly judged and turned away for the pawning of an item without a second I thought. I have pawned twice with them. It’s a great place depending on who you work with.
