I have been with this bank before it was TDBANK and couldn’t be any happier. I had someone out of the USA trying to get into my account and the bank but a stop on my account. Very thankful for that. Great for notarizing papers too

Wish I could update this to ZERO STARS. Not only was the ATM out of service AGAIN today, but you can't prepare your withdrawal slip ahead of time because THEY NO LONGER GIVE THEM OUT. You HAVE to get it from a teller. Absolutely ZERO convenience, not to mention their atrocious fees and requirements for accounts. I will be moving my checking and savings to Capitol One Bank... ATM is ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS broken, being serviced, doesn’t have enough money anything and everything that ruins the convenience of actually having the ATM. I work less than half a mile from this location and I have to drive to Bedford or Nashua to use another ATM.

TD bank charged me $10.00 to cash a check drawn on TD BANK. Because I am not a customer. Now I never will be. Cheap.

Good customer service. They tried to charge me to cash a check and then realized that my check was from one of their affiliates. They apologized and didn't charge me. Good for them!

Probably the worst customer service in southern new hampshire for a Tdbank branch. Caused me to do direct deposit.

One of the worst bank service experience. Teller could care less if you keep your account with them or not. Apparently the manager would rather take a lunch break than deal with a customer, who took the time to visit the bank, waited for the drive-thru window during Covid, etc. And when he did call, just an attitude about how it would cost me $25/hour to research how much fees they have charged me. Also, the bank changed my account to the one with fees and notified me about it. So I am moving 3 accounts to a different bank.

What with their covid excuses and me not being able to go in and wear some masquerade which i can't, I cannot properly manage my accounts. They just give me the run around with the phone loop 800 number labyrinth. No actual service! 0 stars. Thanks for the discrimination!

Laura showed great customer service. More importantly showed me that she cared more about the customers then she does anything else while on the job.10/10 Phone customer service. Laura needs a raise.

Standing here waiting for someone to help when there are two tellers having a conversation while my child is whining that she is hungry as it is 12:17pm..... Then being told to wait while someone comes out is a joke... If there are three tellers only two can empty the machine one is busy and If one is pregnant and the other is clueless can't the pregnant one explain and TEACH the other? Baffled ...

Stopped in for a currency exchange and was promptly greeted and sorted in a few minutes. Always a pleasure at this TD Bank
