TD Bank S Babcock St, Melbourne

This TD Bank has excellent customer service! Was acknowledged as soon as I entered the building and Linda was able to answer all my questions.

Horrible experience. My husband and I collect rare coins and we understand the fact that if we don't have an account with a bank then they are likely to refuse. However, it is one thing for them to say won't process the transaction. It is another to be rude. We were very disappointed with Lisa's attitude as well as another woman with a walker behind the counter who stared unblinkingly at us the entire time from afar. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. They questioned us about our motives for exchanging coins for cash and we even offered to go elsewhere due to the unfriendly demeanor of the banker. We were asked twice why we didn't go to the bank that we have accounts with and we told her twice that they were closed. She begrudgingly counted all our rolled coins and reminded us that she was only doing it as a "courtesy" to us. After the unbearable discomfort we experienced we were very happy to leave. Yet before we could leave she went on to tell us about banking with them and the benefits of opening an account. It was very hard to politely take her flyer and leave because we would never recommend them to anyone we care about.

Today I received excellent service from Monica. Maybe the woman who helped me the last time was having a bad day ... Very poor customer service. ATM/Debit card wasn't working and they blamed me for forgetting my password, which I didn't. The representative ordered me a new ATM card which just arrived and it isn't even for my account! It is for another account that I am the secondary owner of, which we never discussed. Don't go there! Go to the TD Bank on RT 192 instead.

This is the worse bank ever I called them at 3:50pm and they close at 4pm they answered and then placed me on hold I waited for 20 mins past there closing time on hold before I realized no one was going to help me. The worse customer service ever.

Worst bank ever the atm is always out of order at most td banks. It is the most annoying inconvenient bank i have ever dealt with

TD Bank on NASA and Babcock very poor management not the place for commercial business waste of time going trying to get a thousand or 2,000 in change always out of commercial change very poor management.

I went inside yesterday afternoon to deposit money. There was no line to wait. 4 girls were standing around discussing something which sounded like maybe it was about work. I was standing there nobody even said hi. A couple of minutes later someone pulled up to the drive through window and 3 girls left right away to help that person. The 4th was still doing something on the computer. I waited another couple of minutes...nothing happened. Finally I had to ask the girl on the computer if maybe by any chance someone was able to help me. So she called one of the girls back from the drive through side. No apology or friendliness... I must have my invisible suit on...I usually go to the TD bank on 192, always friendly never had any problems

The absolute worst bank in the world. I am a real estate agent and my client who has a perfect credit score owns 4 different properties and was told that she would be able to get a equity loan in about 2 weeks. It is now 2 months and we are still are not close. No one talks to each other within their company. Now my client's, I have the listing and the selling side are both going to loose out. THE FRIENDLIEST BANK IN THE WORLD IS BULL!!
