I love the bank the people there are very nice professional friendly I missed dealing with Jake since he moved they have a new Manager hopefully he works out very well I do not care for TD merchant services had a very very bad experience with the lady

Evetime I have a question, no matter how big or small, they always make me feel welcome and help me through my issue. Jake Is by far the best, He has helped take care of all my business banking needs and I appreciate his hard work.

I dealt with Tom this morning on a couple issues. He was able to resolve them over the phone, get my on-line account working and answer a bunch of questions that I had. Pleasant experience and solid customer service attitude.

Working with Jake at this location was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a bank. The attention to detail , friendly personality and his knowledge made for a wonderful experience.

Why you should close your savings account with TD Bank! FTC take notice!!! Scammers just need your savings account number and the routing number (they get the routing from the web). Then they go to a Sears store, open an account and empty your savings account. They don't even need your address or social security number.

Had a great experience at this branch! Jonathan was super helpful and great to work with. The other tellers seemed very nice and friendly. I'm glad we went here for our notary needs.

Have been going to this bank for several years and had a few bad experiences but normally have no issues. Today I called the bank to ask a simple question and got a very rude response from one of the tellers. Said the question I asked was “common knowledge”, talk about horrible customer service. Not professional at all considering we’re in a pandemic and can’t go to the physical bank.

Went to deposit an e-check that I get from my job. I have deposited this same kind of check from the same distributor for over two years now. The bank refused to deposit it and tried to tell me it is an invalid check. I gave them the paper that comes along with the check to explain what it is/how to deposit it. The teller didn't even look at the sheet but instead told me repeatedly that I cannot deposit it. I explained that I have been depositing these checks for two years now, and the tellers refused to listen to what I was saying. TERRIBLE customer service, completely wasted my time and made me feel like I was being gaslighted.

This branch is run by utterly incompetent individuals incapable of completing even the simplest of tasks. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Georgetown branch instead.

I walk in to get change and there’s three guys behind desk talking. They the say they got other things to do and leave me waiting for 10 minutes now. I left. Unbelievably bad service.
