    I went to the Rosemont branch with my granddaughter to open a savings account because it was close to home and she could walk there if needed. The manager there needs to get an attitude adjustment. I felt we were a huge inconvenience to his afternoon. His demeanor was condescending at best. I’ve never been treated so shabbily at my bank - TD Bank. He was impatient and abrupt Needless to say we walked out and won’t be going back.

    Used to pay no atm fees. They changed my bank account type (no notice, only a pop up on my phone that couldn't be read only agreed to) and now I pay fees on top of fees. Leaving this bank asap as there are PLENTY of banks that offer better interest rates and more ATMs in the area so that I'm not FORCED to pay for my own money. Edit : Customer service is terrible, too. Questioned a check from my mother in law a few months ago as being fake and refused to cash it. We've been cashing those checks for years and now it's a problem? I could go on and on...even the call I got about this review was condescending. FYI, reversing an atm fee on the wrong account isn't helpful.

    Haverhill bank absolutely sucks!!! I would give these guys a a half star if I had the chance!! You can barely buy anything on the internet because of Their stupid security policy! I wanted to buy a Chromebook on the internet ( on the Google store site) and they blocked my card because they considered it a" not secure transaction": they said it was against bank policy to pay for the product because it was " out of state and was over 200 dollars!! I still can't believe this! WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE STORE TO TRY TO MAKE A 50/50 SPLIT!😂. PAY 150 ONE DAY THEN 150 ANOTHER TIME! I AM NOT JOKING😂 I signed up with another bank ( Ally Bank) and they have way better customer service and bought my Chromebook with no problem!! Oh yeah and p.s-- you can't even use Thier crappy debit card abroad because almost every country is banned on Thier list!! DONT SUPPORT HAVERHILL BANK! THEY SUCK!

    If it was possible to give zero Stars I would. As soon as you walk in the door you're treated like a second class citizen. Staff including management was not only unhelpful but downright rude.

    This is the absolutely worst bank I have ever been to. Their customer service is beyond terrible. When trying to cash a check from this bank mind you they made me wait over 90 minutes in the long to be "put into the system", I've never heard of such a thing to simply cash a check. After waiting all that time they tell me that they are closing and I would have to come back tommorow. As someone who operates a small business I will never accept a Haverhill bank check as a form of payment.

    Ok service. Drive thru set up is not the best ATM should be in a different spot so ppl can access both spend more time then I should waiting for ppl to move forward so I can get to the window and that takes long enough. But good staff so I deal with it for now
