Not enough staff on ever also out of the two reps behind counter one girl kept talking and helping people not even in the line which made the wait and process of making a. Simple deposit a 30 minute wait instead of 5 mins with just 3 people ahead of me

one person working the desk…20-30 min wait. Based on others in the line expressing their grief out loud, it’s always like this.

This bank sucks, first the list ATM sites as branches so I drove to Methuen and it was just an ATM, then it took like 20 Minutes on the phone with their lousy automated system that does not accept 0 for operator, then I finally got a location and drove like 20 minutes to get there and stood in front to the drive up window and after 5 minutes went inside only to find out they have not used that window In a long time and just could not be bothered to put a fricking sign up. So then I get into the bank and there is just one teller and a line of 16 people, I talk to one of two customer service reps but they could not help with. A cash deposit. This bank is the absolutely worst and extremely poorly run.

Matt the “Branch Manager” who i believe is not. refused to cash a check from bank of america because it was “over the limit”. what was the limit? no clue because he wouldn’t tell me. Last time i checked it was $9,999.99. He refused to let me cash it for his own personal reasons, refused to give me the name of the actual manager of the bank, refused to give me the name of the market manager or anyone to explain to me a bit more besides a simple, “i’m not letting you cash this” I will find out who is the actual manager and report him for his representation of the branch manager and will follow up for the way he handled the situation.

10 people in line best they can do is one teller. Of you're wondering how long a wait that is it's 30min. I have to be in here because they still haven't gotten my replacement card to me.

Bank of America is the ABSOLUTE WORST BANK EVER! Thieves of America is what they should be called. And their Customer Service people are the most rude and uneducated people, I don’t think you even need to graduate high school to get a job at this place.

Bank Of America closed the Georgetown branch in January 2018. I understand business decisions like this are made. But, I would ask B of A to please consider a ATM machine in Georgetown. What was once a 5 minute trip has turned into a 35 minute drive...

Never enough cashiers. Come prepared to spend at least an hour in line for anything. ATM and online banking doesn't do the trick either.

Gabby is AWESOME! She was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, and professional when helping me do some business at this BofA location. The only minor complaint I have is that the hours of operation are somewhat limiting if you work full time like I do. At least they're open for a few hours on Saturday if there's something you need to do in-person.
