TD Bank Scamman St, Saco

Decent bank, but horrible interest rates for checking and Savings. Highly recommend having an online only bank ( So Fi or Ally) are my other 2 I use. ( As of 7/7/2022 SoFi pays 1.5% on savings and Checking. TD is my go to for a " Physical Bank"

They choose whether you get to live in a house or the streets and they will mostly choose the streets

I am from Saco,Maine, now live in NYC. Back in early April NYC TD Banks were unavailable and I could not get through to anyone via phone, email, or FB msg. It was horrible. 5 TD Banks were open in all the 5 boroughs for a few hours a day, only one in my hood. Lines were wrapped around the building for blocks with no social distancing. Along with angry , unruly customers. I was logged out of my account, 6 hour waits on the National number, then disconnected, more than once. So, I called my home town bank. I want to praise 3 male employees who came to my rescue numerous times via phone. They are Eric, Vaughn, and Dillon. They assisted me to monitor auto deposits, checks ,and much more. These 3 wonderful employees deserve a large round of applause not only for their assistance, but the kind nature and true customer support they provided. In addition, in these difficult times, I believe they should each receive a bonus. Thank you Eric, Vaughn, and Dillon for your outstanding customer service. I surely will look you up when I come back to visit.

Sad to say very horrible customer service I clearly made a deposit on the same day a monthly withdrawal was taken out of my account and I was still charged an overdraft fee on top of continuously being charged maintenance fees on a student account that I shouldn't be charged and they refused to refund the overdraft fee I clearly made the deposit so the withdrawal could be taken on that same day I've had numerous issues with TD Bank in the past although their hours are very convenient , the rules and the people that work there are not. It's pathetic they always playing with people money .

Very poor service. Do not keep phones up to date or even answer the saco phone number in a timely way . Disgusted with general ongoing lack of service.

Made a cash deposit of 1,100 in the atm and been trying find it now for two days. Magically disappeared! Online banking never showed any deposit made…

I have never been treated with such poor customer service in my life. They put holds on payroll checks. They charge 6.99 for your statement to be printed and mailed. We had a problem with an ATM deposit it took 5 weeks to get our money. Horrible bank

I live in Saco, Maine, it's sad that I have to do my banking through the South Portland TD branch, because this bank will not cash your State or Federal checks without making you deposit first and waiting 24 hrs for your money..... Never heard such a thing. I have an account there, ridiculous... South Portland will cash for me no questions asked.

I have TD payroll checks through my company through that same bank that charges me 10$ everytime to cash it. Its your own bank!!!!!! Smh

I love this bank! Always courteous and efficient. It's very welcoming at all times.
