TD Bank Central Ave, Pawtucket

Danny at the TD Bank in Pawtucket is litterally the best teller I have ever had. He's amazing. He cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. TD is lucky to have him. I hope his manager sees this

No issues so far with banking. Visited the ATM today and smoke from the employee smoking by the side door just comes right into my car….not to mention it’s kind of in front of the branch. I would put my window up to avoid the smell but again I was using the ATM……. Employees should smoke somewhere else.

Don’t expect anything to get done for you when dealing with the Assistant Manager ... explained how banking works in regards to a bank fronting money from a check if they make the money available as if I didn’t know that after 15 years of banking and having my career be in finance. Wanted the name of the person who opened my account so she could coach them on how to explain things better lol. I have 100% confidence that the person who opened my account would have called whoever she needed to call and got it done. This lady didn’t even ask my name. Joke.

As banks go, I enjoyed my experience here. Pretty pleasant staff from the several I've interacted with. Just wish the ATM were 24/7. [edit: looks like it is. 24/7. retractable barrier. sry abt misinforming.]

This is an extremely diverse customer base for this TD location but the staff is not (75-80% non-minority). And I have only been here twice and will not be going back like my peers and community members. This is a red flag and should not be overlooked. Reading the reviews here; “all of them” from my community members; this branch has serious issues that needs to be reported to TD Corporate by you “all”. I am a loyal TD customer with 5 accounts or more and I am appalled and saddened this is TD Bank. The branch manager/manager(s)/front staff, desk staff, back staff, Barbie, Elizabeth, not very knowledgeable of advance banking, simple banking, or working with ethnic minorities. I will not say more than this. Have the best day google and review(s) peers!

The new bald headed branch manager needs to find another job. If I was over him he would be fired. THE REST OF THE INDIVIDUALS ARE EXCEPTIONAL. Horrible customer service from the branch manager down. Anyone considering of visiting this branch should drive the extra 15-20 minutes to the providence branch. This is legitimately an ATM stop. If your looking for customer service or knowledgeable representatives it’s not here. The clear cut definition of unprofessionalism.

Overall the bank is really good I love TD Bank been there Customer since forever but there’s one bank associate who’s always giving me issues with everything everybody else nice never had any issues but this little girl every time I see her I cringe I cannot she’s always has us messed up attitude little blonde girl glasses you’re really should consider looking for another job you’re horrible at it
