TD Bank N Dupont Hwy, Dover

Horrible is all I can come up with they just closed but we’re all Inside chatting so I used the ATM. For some reason the machine froze up with my information on the screen and it still had my card. I knocked on the glass doors to find out what I should do, who should I contact, as if it’s just going to unfreeze and spit my card out when I’m gone? And all they did was shake their head and yelled that they’re closed. For 5 minutes I did this. They just turned their back on me and kept chatting. THE WORST SERVICE EVER

If you want to pay a lot of fees this is your bank. Calling their customer service number is a complete waste of time. Every call is met with curt and rude people. They seem to think they are doing you a favor by being a customer. 455.00 unfounded overdraft charges in 10 months!!!! We are retired and are not interested in them keeping our money. They started doing a 15.00 service charge with no prior notice. Just implemented it. We went inside to close account and not once did they ask us why. 455.00 in overdraft charges? This bank seems like it can just do whatever they want with YOUR money.

I’m at a loss as to why no one is ever available to answer the phone at this location and on top of that the atm always seems to be malfunctioning. Its bad enough there are no other atms available in my location so you’d think they would have the only one they have maintenances on a regular basis so their customers aren’t inconvenienced.

Do not use this bank, they ARE NOT with the U.S.A They ARE NOT with We The People THEY ARE AGAINST US

I don't have to stand in line for more then 10 minutes and that's when they are busy. And there is always 2 tellers when I go in. I like that they are open longer. Only thing they could work on is the wait time for the advisors. I waited for 30 minutes for that once. Overall they are the best bank I've had.

I have loved TD bank ever since I became a customer many years ago. Today, however, I was very disappointed to find out I had to put my name on a list, retain to my car and wait 30 or more minutes. All I needed was a copy of a check that I first tried to get online but was told I needed to go to a branch. Really!!

Me and my fiancé went to open a joint account today at the branch. 04/28/2021 and the process was simple and extremely easy! Our debit cards was printed right then and there, the wait was not long. I already had an account and been with TD for a couple months, but today my fiancé decided to be added with me. Thank you, Dover TD Bank. The lady who I had was amazing, professional, and super sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me and my fiancé pick out the BEST checking and savings account for us and our financial needs, she assisted us with doing online banking, she printed out all of forms, and made sure we was knowledgeable about the accounts we have and understand all the information. Me and my fiancé was super impressed, and we know for a fact we picked a great bank to do our banking with. We live in Pennsylvania and was in Delaware for vacation and decided to do everything then and there! We loved how fast and simple the process was. I love how Covid-19 was taken serious and the staff made sure we was all safe, mask worn, and social distance was enforced to keep us and the staff safe at all times. Again, thank you TD Bank for the awesome and pleasurable experience!!!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. TD Bank will randomly (or not) mark any check that is made through mobile deposit as FRAUD. 3 Hours out of my day today trying to get a check cleared that was deposited 5 days ago. No inter-company communication, Branch manager can not even contact fraud department. Smoke and mirrors to get you off the phone, check on hold indefinitely even though they took the money out of the issuing bank account. Perhaps they should look inwards to see where the fraud lies.

Terrible banking experience very incompetent staff and they did nothing to help me at the branch. They need to stay open 7 days a week to retain business.

I received a check from Plato's Closet for the clothing I sold to them. The the teller, at the bank, who (I can't even say helped) continually had an attitude with a sour face thinking the check was fraud. She said she would call the store but came back within 3 minutes and said the store didn't answer (so she obviously didn't call three times like she said she did). She treated my fiance and myself like we did not have any class. We ended going back to Plato's Closet and they gave us cash for the check that didn't go in. Is there a choice for 0 stars?
