TD Bank N Colony Rd, Wallingford

Out of the banks around here, this one is my preferred. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I am satisfied with my accounts and services through here

Teller PARIS, this lady I have never seen smile on her face, never seen greet customers. She behaves as if she is doing favor on business customers by counting money! Never uses machine for counting money! Makes us wait atleast 10 minutes. I don’t understand managers either they don’t say anything! Awful

Made a deposit of $1000 to their atm, the atm took my money and card and told me to come inside to see a teller. I came inside to see a teller and was told to sit down with someone at the desk. There was already 2 people waiting and two representatives working with other client. I left and called the location to try to do it over the phone they said to come back to see someone that they weren’t busy. Then when I came back all the workers decided to take a break as I was walking in what a waste of time. Luckily Miguel sacrificed his lunch time to help and the assistant manager came over to assist.

They don't answer the phones. Only one service rep. Is ever on duty. Duncan is an airhead along with the rest of the tellers. It took me from July 3rd till July 12th to get a debit card in my name. After waiting 45 min and giving up they said go to a different branch. I went to the center and s. Main st. Where I was greeted by the best customer service reps ever. I was printed out a debit card within minutes. I will never go here ever again.

First time at the location. It was great went in to get a bank check and the associate waived the fee. Very nice customer service. Appreciate it!

Branch is understaffed. Both inside and outside atms not accepting cash deposits. But neither have a sign on them indicating so. So after waiting and going through menus on both atms, I go inside to do a cash deposit only to find one teller at the counter, and three employees sitting at their desks gossiping. Waste of time.

Horrible service, very rude manager. Go anywhere else

Been dealing with TD Bank for a week and they are by far the best bank! They were extremely helpful, especially Amy and Dee. Those ladies went above and beyond to help me. Greatest customer service I've ever had.

Absolutely ridiculous long Drive Thru lines, went back 3 times. Open the lobby your brick and mortar, wear a mask ,social distance if restaurants can do it you surely can as well.

They have the outdoor ATM in the worst possible location, you get to wait behind everyone else who wants to stop at the window just to get to the atm. Horrible design!
