TD Bank S Valley Forge Rd, Lansdale

Poor costumer service! My husband went to open a business account ! This location requested all this necessary documentation. We are very familiar with what is required. They kept asking him to take his masked off like he is trying to scam! When clearly he has his ID and required documents to open this account! I guess he was the wrong color. We went to our usual TD bank in North Wales on Bethlehem Pike. We open our account with no issues. I will be calling corporate about this location !!

A discreet lady, defended well when we saw that we did not speak good english. Did not accept our request to open an account. I had to go to another branch 40 miles away and open it.

Had to get a replacement card today at the Lansdale TD Bank. DJ was very helpful - I was in and out with no problem. I appreciated his efficiency and helpfulness.

First, this place is suuuuuper slow. Opening an account took over an hour of waiting. Second, TD caused an error in which somebody else's checks got pulled from MY account. This caused an over draft. At no point did anybody apologize for the bank causing this error. Multiple trips to the bank in person were required, because only a manager could help, apparently. The manager could not correct and refund this issue, I was told I had to wait 5-7 business days for this to sort itself out... And was told how "strange," and "rare," this issue was. Nobody knew what to do without about 15 phone calls and a lot of wasted time. I was super patient, but I shouldn't have to wait days for the bank to fix an issue that's no fault of my own.

I've never had a problem with this branch. Some of the tellers know me by name and I don't even bank there. I just cash my check. They always ask if I want to open helping aan account and always suggest one that may be a nice for for me. I like this bank.

I opened a business account and have experienced nothing but problems. TD has sophomoric limits on bank transfers, debit cards, and daily payments. They are set up to get your money than make it hard for you to spend it!

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Got notarized couple of months ago but today found out that the notary is good, please have someone on-site. Thanks!

If you go into customer service, be prepared for very slow service. We waited more than 30 minutes before being serviced. In addition the rep was apologetic to the couple who came after its but none offered to us. Proper and some training would have mandated an upfront notice of wait time so customers can better use their time. My teller experiences at this branch has always been positive.

This bank has verybad customer service. Needed to add my new phone number to my account and spent over an hour on the customer service line. Kept getting passed around. Finally I went directly to the bank and it took the bank employee an hour and a half just to get this corrected. Thee people on the phone kept trying to get a supervisor. Really, no joke just to change my account to a new phone Wow

The corporate loan division took money out of my LOC admittedly without authorization, and instead of crediting my account, it was debited AGAIN, in error, after my branch rep assured me, while on the phone with the loan department, that it was immediately credited! I have now been waiting 11 working days and the funds have not been replaced!!! This includes 3 visits to my local branch. Local bank employees are very helpful!
