I only come to this bank because of So a She is absolutely the best, she's very fast and intelligent, always providing me with the best service. I have never experienced someone so sweet, kind and smart on ber expertise. I love you Sona ❤️ 💙 💜

Highly recommended this bank. Sona Badalyan was very helpful and very kind to open Business and checking account for my husband . She is very welcoming person. If you go to this bank go to her you will not regret.

professional in only waste customer time for nothing, I went before to open a business account and after long wait for customer service agent, the customer service agent and name is SONA called me and we started filling paper work for business account and after more than one hour with the agent she said that she can't open the account because there is a missing paper which is needed to open the account, the question is why she didn't check the business documents first to make sure that all needed documents are available before waisting time in filling up paperwork? The answer is that she is not professional. Second time, I went for same branch to notary service, I arrived around 40 minutes before they close and the security guy said no customer service is available and I can come tomorrow, I said i want notary and it will not take few seconds, he said no, I requested the manager and the manager said no problem but I have to wait, I said no problem I can wait. After more than 30 minutes waiting my bad luck took me back to the customer service agent SONA again and she refused to do the notary because of something that I didn't understand. I told her that I will close TD account because of the bad services she said do whatever you want. As long as she is getting her payroll regularly she will not care about the customer. Anyway, try not to get help from SONA, she is not professional according to my experience with Rego Park branch. UPDATE, regarding the notary service, I went to Elmhurst branch with the same papers that SONA in Rego Park branch refused to notaries and the customer service agent notarized it without any comments. Rego Park branch is the worst in Queens

Treats customers as if they are subhuman. Waited an hour and a half for a card to be printed - a 5 minute task. Manager is inept and the security guard paces with schizophrenic ramblings. Youngsters at the tellers stand have way too much attitude and need to learn a thing or fifty about customer service. I also don’t understand what kind of bank doesn’t allow tellers to print debit cards - there is no reason I should wait on line with individuals that take up an hour of the agent’s time when I’m only taking five minutes.

Today I was at TD Bank and there is an employee named SONA working there, she helped me a lot to save my time and quickly served me. I am very pleased about the TD tank service and personally the SONA employee. I recommend TD Bank to everyone, due to the fact that very competent and fast people like SONA work there. I really would like to appreciate people like SONA because she is smart in her profession and reward people like SONA. thanks for reading my note.

Over all its a good bank...not everyone is friendly and helpful in there but a couple of them are really kind and helpful and they are MISS SONA BADALYAN & MISS YEN. I'd recommend getting yourself attended by these 2 ladies...they are kind, nice, friendly and very helpful.
