It's good banking here, I love capital One, but one lady with a Russian kind of accent is horrible. She has no sense of how to speak with people, how to give customer service, how to be a Normal human, how to help customers! You're sitting there to help customers. Management must take notice. This is not the customer service you want to provide to your customers.

I'm a CapitalOne customer. I called one time to inquire about notary service and nobody picked up the phone!

Horrable customer service. Very long waiting time always. There is only one teller working in the morning. And about 20 customers were waiting in line. It took about 40 minutes for me finally to see a teller. 👎👎👎

Worst branch ever! Two of the tellers are very slow taking very long time to finish my checks deposit, which is supposed to be twice a week. That made me change my schedule and just deposit once! They wast my time. To be honest there are other 2 young tellers who are so fast and helpful. But overall I recommend fresh meadows branch, much better.

Customer service is horrible. The lines are long, the tellers are loud and rude. Also today Capital One sent me an email saying, my dispute claim was denied. There was a company who took out of my debit card $24.99 for something I never ordered or received. I called them and told them it was a scam. They told me, they took the money already and they cannot do anything to get my money back. I am canceling all my bank accounts, will take my business to another bank. Do yourself a favor, don’t ever trust this bank with your money. If you ever get scammed, they will not do nothing for you.

OMG. Don’t go to Evgeniya, crazy women. She doesn’t like to attend customer. Watch it, if you are next she will love to play around with computer so she can make you wait longer. I went to all other capital one branches no one take that long. She don’t like to count money with machine. She will count it one my one all bills and straight them out in front of you. Worse branch ever. She was not happy to see me. As soon as she sees you can see madness in her eyes. There is TD bank near i opened my account there today they welcomed me so good they have smiles on their faces. Remember the name EVGENIYA. Capital one removed all good people from there and people like Evgeniya are still there.

Most unfriendly branch ever, teller had attitude, no hello, no thanks.

Charlmaine is the best.. friendly, courteous and professional, at 945am on a Thursday she treated me and my mom with respect and very helpful see her at this branch for great service …..

There not helpful at all, any questions you have there refer you to the website. I went there to take my own money out and left my bank card at home i presented my ID but it was expired so I showed my job id as well. Teller told me he can not help me because hes focused on the expired license. Absolutely the WORST here and they all need to be trained again or let go, remember if it wasn't for people like us with accounts they wouldn't have a job!! They need to shut this place down, no matter how many bad experiences we are putting here there still not doing anything to these tellers! Today I went again do deposit in MY ACCOUNT 120 in quarters rolled up and I was told NO because there not taking coins I explained I really needed it and it is money, she advised me ok but I'll take only 5 rolls smh. I asked for a Bank manager I was told no there is not 1 available, I also let them know I called for 2 days and no one answers she told me there busy smh. I'm disgusted with this place that I'm ready to transfer to a different bank!
