TD Bank Larkfield Rd, East Northport

I've been a faithful customer of TDBank for many years. I've never had a problem there until I went there recently to inquire about some savings bonds a family member left me. Rather then help me, one of the people at the desks simply told me to just look up the value online. I was just expecting better customer service than telling me to look it up online.

Lauren, Melisa, And the manager were helpful on helping me get my direct deposit from right away, instead of having to wait inside customer service where other bankers were helping other customers, and being on the phone with in ear shot of personal conversations Lauren was kind, passionate, helpful, and very patient and should be promoted to manager. Melisa was also knowledgeable and should be promoted as well.

Had a great experience setting up my first account and was very cast and we'll put together for covid. 10/10 would recommend Griffin for fast and great service.

Finally get to a working atm but the cash deposit part doesn't work fix you ATM's please waisted to much time TRYING to find a working one

TD Bank is the worst, just paid them off. They threatened me that they were going to put my checking account money to the state because I didn't use the account. I made a on time payment to my loan and sent me a letter that I was late. Just got home from paying the loan off in full, Yahoo! After waiting 30 minutes in the loan area. Do not use this bank. 😊 so glad you're out of my life.

I deposit money and the Taylor guy he still my $100.00. The east Northport Td bank who ever work here they are not honest. But any way they give my money back ..... previously I had another problem with one of account manager she is resist too. The I call Td bank complain line they help me out. Also the bank have attitudes problems. I am not happy with Td bank 💸💸

Had an issue with bank fees and overdraft charges on an account and received top notch service from Darryl, the manager. It wasn't easy, but eventually it was resolved in a way that acceptable.

Maybe a little understaffed with desk workers but very friendly, welcoming, and efficient!
