TD Bank W Trenton Ave, Morrisville

This location is always clean, and very sunny. While I’ve never had a problem with this branch, there always seems to be a high turnover in personnel.

Customer care representatives are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I received excellent service all the time and has recommended and will continue to recommend TD Bank to my family and friends. I love my TD♥️

My experience with this TD branch has been consistently outstanding. I very rarely offer an online review of any business, but I feel compelled to counter-balance the negative comments posted. Consistently friendly and courteous, the personnel at this branch represent TD exceptionally well. And when I needed to seek help settling my mom’s final wishes (exceptionally modest - but governed by specific regulations), the TD team exhibited compassion, patience, and empathy during a most difficult time. What else can anyone ask of customer service professionals? I appreciate the team at the branch on W. Trenton Ave. more than they know.

Unbelievable. First time to this location so my kids could exchange their coin rolls. The older customer service woman working at thetthe desk was very rude and confrontational. They wouldn't even pick up the phone. Finally ended up in lane one and waited nearly 20 minutes behind one damn car. This location needs to be gone through by upper management. What a joke.

I've always had quick and super friendly service at this branch. Today they turned around a request for me in a matter of minutes and produced exactly what I needed for my mortgage company.

I have been a TD bank user since it was Commerce bank about 13ish years. Not a fan of they account balance fee if you account is ever under 1,000 they charge 15 dollars.

Update: A glimmer of light ... I scheduled a very quick appointment for an early AM transaction, was met by an employee at the door, who assisted me in completing my business. She was professional, and courteous - the entire deal was done in 10 minutes. Note to TD: find her, clone her seven times, and make sure all eight are satisfactorily on staff. Follow up to review: I’ve recently had two more occasions to transact business at this location of TD Bank. I’m ecstatic to say that they were both satisfactory and pleasant. Break out the star collection - hoping this is a long standing improvement.

TD bank and especially this branch has always been professional and helpful with any situation or questions. They deserve this 5 star rating and I have confidence that they will keep up the good work.

Waited in the line 20 minutes, by the time I got to the window the lady had an attitude because I was near closing time. Stayed my account didn’t exist and couldn’t make my deposit. This is a tenant account we having been depositing for 4 years now, we triple checked the account numbers and sent back in the deposit. She didn’t even check the numbers said “we are closed”. Awful costumer service, and this is coming from someone who works in banking and worked in a branch for several years.

Terrible customer service at Morrisville branch. Have tried calling several times, different days. Get same recording, stating to leave a message. Can’t leave one the recording repeats same message. Very frustrating.
