PNC Bank W Trenton Ave, Morrisville

BEWARE - THIS BRANCH HAS NO MONEY! ...I WENT TO CASH A VERY SMALL CHECK BECAUSE I NEEDED SOME CASH FOR A "CASH" ONLY EVENT I AM GOING TO THIS WEEKEND AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID THEY DON'T CASH CHECK ANYMORE - THAT THEY HAD NO MONEY THEY WERE CASHLESS. ... WE HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH PNC OVER 35 YEARS - THIS IS COMICAL - I AM MOVING MY MONEY TO A BANK WHERE I CAN WALK AND GET CASH WHEN NEEDED.

tried to get cash for a yardsale today but this doesn’t seem like a bank anymore. an attended atm.

If I could rate this PNC branch NEGATIVE five stars I would. No drive-up ATM. The whole safe-deposit box setup is quite awkward. Today, it took us longer to add my signature for access to the safe-deposit box than it did to apply for a mortgage three years ago. Not sure where the fault lies ~~ either an incompetent bank employee or antiquated equipment. Maybe both. The absolute WORST branch of the PNC bank we have encountered.

Excellent customer service, yet awkward atm. Cant deposit cash without an envelope, doesnt have a drive up atm. Screwy hours.

This review is for the great support I received from the Regional Management Team of PNC Bank after they learned about the lack-luster customer service demonstrated by the Morrisville PA Branch of PNC Bank. These caring individuals helped me out, and I sincerely appreciate it. It's nice to know that the PNC Bank organization really does care about its customers (however, it's important to work with the right people within PNC Bank in order for your voice to be heard).

Lance helped me get my car loan here. He was really great and helpful along the way. I could call him if I had any problems or questions. The bank is also open on Saturdays which makes it easier to go outside of work hours. I've never had any problems with PNC bank. They've refunded me the monthly "charge" for not having direct deposit while I was unemployed. It's a great bank who cares about and understands its customers. They also have ATM's in all Wawas and 7/11's.

For years I had no problem with PNC bank. The past couple days, however have been a nightmare and the final straw to make me switch to a Credit Union. They are still re-ordering transactions in order to maximize Overdraft Fees. Something that was made (as far as I remember) illegal a few years back. If not illegal, several banks have had very large lawsuits and settlements regarding this (including personally being involved in a class-action suit against TD Bank for this very practice). Despicable. These banks are predatory, unethical, immoral, cancerous entities. There is no reason to have an account with a corporate bank when Credit Unions exist.

Get it together with your ATM. Every time I come here its 'temporarily out of service' if you're never going to fix it just take it down!!!!
