TD Bank Bethany Rd, Hazlet

I visit the lobby maybe 2 or 3 times a year to get gift cards and have zero complaints. My rating is due to the ATM...it's always broken. Every time I need to get cash it's out of order, out of cash, or, in the rare event it's operational, it will eat my debit card. Please, whomever runs this location, just replace the equipment already. This has been going on years but today was my breaking point which prompted this review.

Went to make a deposit, and I normally use an atm but I had to use the drive through this time, which I’m relatively new to. Kelly was extremely rude and condescending. She made jokes to her partner as well as speaking in an extremely condescending manner when I went to make my deposit and politely asked a question. Terrible employee, this type of behavior should not be acceptable at any public place. I have never had a problem with TD bank before but Kelly’s behavior was absolutely horrendous.

Their hours are more convenient than other banks. Always friendly & have found them to be very helpful. Tillie of Middletown branch -always great service, and Maureen of Hazlet too. I've always been happy with their great service. And recently had a problem w/ the 800 phone banking service (machine wasn't connecting me to my account) & Wanda of Hazlet branch took the time to help get that problem fixed. Thanks TD Bank!

Terrible customer service at this location. They seem annoyed while they help you.

Always a big help lost my atm card and they helped me right away

TD Bank were supposed to be "America's more convenient bank" but lobbies are still closed while other banks, though limited, their lobbies are open already. But you'd think that they would be expedited on the drive tru window since their lobbies are still closed, well, not so much, no at all I'd say. Looking else where for banking options already.

Please donot do business with this bank they are not customer service oriented at all. I’m moving out of state where there are no TD Banks so I went to close my account due to a 1.60 pending charge they refused to close my account. I asked if I could just give them the money or if they could hold it from my account but they refused. I have been forced to wait until a dollar sixty charge cleared, are you serious!?????? They should change their slogan to the most inconvenient bank ever!

You guys have the worst ATM in existence. Every single time I try to deposit cash it recognizes what I'm wanted to deposit but always cancels the transaction and returns the money. I love how there is in big letters "envelope free" deposits which is a croc. I am so happy I switch the Chase Bank at least there ATM's work.

Charged me five dollars to cash a check from a TD account holder because I did not have an account there but didn't charge me anything last week when I did the samething and was told this has always been the case. Just another well dressed theif at a bank I will never use again .grade F

The penny arcade rips you off and does not count the money correctly. Tellers are super slow and often during lunch there is only one teller and a long line.
