Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Bethany Rd, Hazlet

"Walk in and see it with your own eyes." Bank Manager, very nice, as I take indoor pictures. She explains to prevent robberies, we don't want floor plan pictures online. I am about to delete all my other indoor banking pictures. It makes sense. Love B.O.A., my mother in law retired from there and we have every product they offer. Very strict legal, they do things the most uptight, I appreciate it, as it's all to protect your money. Excellent staff, service, speedy, drive through ATMs, two lanes! ATM inside, when it wasn't working I was able to have two other ATMs to go to, sweet. I hate when a bank has one, out-of-order machine. "ATMs, possibly the greatest invention ever created." - Public safety video at my college orientation. Everyone erupted in laughter.

The staff is very nice, professional and extremely helpful. Three stars is based on BofA closing other branches and having a line around the building since the beginning of the pandemic. I understand businesses are overwhelmed, but when you are as big of a business as they are, to close other branches and put all of the work on a smaller branch and overwhelm those employees daily for weeks, is not fair to their customers or their employees. They’re the only bank in the area that’s had a line around the building everyday, most of the day for 10 weeks. Been with them more than 20 years and I’m rethinking where I bank

Usually pretty nice depending on the teller you get and nice newly renovated facility. Recently went in the bank and the teller was very rude, asked for multiple identifications after giving her already multiple, I would ask a question and she would ignore me and wouldn't try to work with anything I would give when usually the items I gave work with other tellers. Very disappointed they closed the Union Beach Bank of America, much nicer in there!

Just got off the phone with Rosanna in the Hazlet branch. As a business owner In the midst of Covid-19 shutdown, I was looking for information on a special NJ loan. The 5 other banks I called didn’t give me the time of day. Rosanna was the only banker who took time to look into the loan and call me back the next day. I may have to steal her to work in my office. The main reason I'm a bank America customer is because of the people at the Bayshore location.easy going and very helpful.mybkids like to go with me because there so friendly.

They refused to take my loose change and apply it to my account..Was told they only do this for businesses am I not considered their business??? I have several accounts with them,I complained via email and was told someone would call me,that was two weeks ago!! They make money on ours and give us nothing in return, so little by little I will be withdrawing my money and walking up the st to TD bank..for the record,they at one time did take loose change for small potatoes accounts.they act like they are doing us a favor!!! Probably won't reply!!!!

Poor customer service. Went in to pick up a check register and person at window was on phone. I looked into an office and there were two employees that were looking at pictures on a cell phone. When I asked for help I was told they'll be right with me. Waited on line and was told by the lady that was on the phone they had no more registers in the bank and they were on order. My home branch of BOA has much better customer service.

If I could assign NO STARS I would !! By far one of the rudest, most disrespectful Bank of America branches I have ever encountered. The tellers (whom I can reference by name but will refrain) are ill-mannered, and extremely disrespectful. When you walk into the lobby, they all look at you like you're going to raid the place, then proceed to handle your financial needs with attitude problems and vulgar actions. I have filed complaints with the headquarters before, but I see nothing has been done if this branch still acts this way. Based off of other reviews and off my own encounters with this branch, nobody seems to care to correct such conduct of its employees. This is just unacceptable and offensive that customers are treated this way by their financial institution. If you go into this branch use caution, be prepared, and appropriately correct any disrespectful conduct as their management is CLEARLY inept in doing so !!!

I put 920$ in my account and the atm here ate my money and said they can’t return or deposit my money so I called and still haven’t gotten more then $300 !!! Watch out not worth the 10 minutes you save to use a broken atm

Branch is closed until further notice. No sign on door, people are in the parking lot not knowing what's going on. Poor communication shows lack of appreciation for customers.
