TD Bank US 27 North 621 East, Lake Placid

I made big mistake. I went into the bank seeking help. Dulce Buttrill helped me by fixing my errors and crediting the fees. She was very kind. I appreciate her help and kindness. I have changed my mind because the bank changed the fees to charge me 25.00 per month on checking and 5.00 on savings. No warning. Once I left the bank Dulce punished my by charging excessive fees. I moved to Chase Bank where I was happy for over 20 years. I moved to TD because The closest Chase was 36 miles away

Worst customer service ever. Very rude to the customer in drive through. Complete ignored in drive through and then was very rudely interrupted when trying to talk. Bank manager in lake placid is very unprofessional and needs to be fired with her gum smacking and headed bobbing. Instead of deescalation a situation she chose to contribute to it. What a horrible bank manager. DO BETTER IF YOUR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst bank ever. Would give zero stars if it would let me. Used debit card to put $6 in gas in my car they said my account was negative when it posted to the account not when I actually used the card. But would not help with 3 fees they charged bc of 1 transactions... taking all my money out of this account tomorrow and going back to wells Fargo

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Margarita Umbel is beyond unprofessional. She is the cherry on top of all the reasons why we took our business accounts elsewhere. I suggest a clean sweep to be done and some better customer service training! this bank has gone downhill and especially with employees like her!

I am a long time client with TD Bank. Started in Canada and now in the US. The branch in Lake Placid is super helpful with getting my business up and running in Sebring. Just wish there was an ATM in Sebring.

I am so glad that I looked at these reviews. In response to mrs. Vicky spires review I was there the day that this happened and I thought thought that the bank manager handled herself very well. Mrs.. Spires was rude and loud and was calling the manager extremely rude names. I thought she was going way to far and I was embarrassed for her. The manager simply kept her cool and was very professional about the whole incident

Great staff. Had a concern that the teller was working on and she needed the mangers help. When the manger came over to help she was so polite and helpful. It’s so nice to able to deal with small town people. Such a difference

We have been with TD Bank since the Bank of America closed its Lake Placid branch. The people there are always helpful, very polite and we would recommend them to anyone.
