TD Bank N Oak St, Myrtle Beach

Myself and wife came in to put her name on the checking account. Zack was very helpful . Had to return with my step son to add his name. Zack was off , we had a lady help us and she had no idea what was going on . Had to start all over with paper work. She was rude and no idea what she was doing.

I understand in the times that we're in that some banks and businesses have been afraid to open. Unfortunately if your business is to directly deal with the customer having someone come out to pick up UPS package and tells everyone lobby's not open you have to use the drivetru and slams the door in your face how do I open up an account from the drive-in window how would I get to my safe deposit box from a drive-in window or what if I don't have a car am I supposed to walk up? how would I do anything dealing with anything other than withdrawing or depositing money at the window. You lost a new customer I guess you don't care

Went to deposit money and the money wasn’t in there correctly which is my fault so the ATM spits it out like usually! When I went to grab my money it decided to take my card for security purposes? Don’t understand how it’s a safety feature For a person is deciding to put money in there account if it is supposedly stolen.its going into the person cards ACCOUNT! Extremely frustrating!

Dark & dingy atmosphere prevails in this bank. Customer service seems to feed off of this dank environment. Very slow, never friendly clerks just cannot jet the job done. I travel down to the Surfside branch. The trip is worth the difference in customer service.

I went into this branch to open an acct. and was told that I could not without a local address. I am not checked into my hotel yet, nor will I be until after the branch closes. Kevin, who helped me, would not allow it even though I have excellent credit and a home in NV. He said it was branch policy, however the bank is Hq'd in Canada, you can open accts online or over the phone, and my girlfriend opened one at a local branch yesterday. Thanks to Kevin she will be closing her acct. and moving her money into a more professional institution.

This TD BANK NEEDS A NEW MANAGER! MARY WILLIAMS IS 100% BEHIND THESE TERRIBLE REVIEWS ! SHE NEEDS TO GO BACK FOR TRAINING ALSO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! SHE MADE US FEEL SO DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, GAVE US NO REASON SHE COULDNT GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT CARD AND LOTS OF BAD ATTITUDE! WE WENT TO ANOTHER BANK & HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING A CARD 😕 LEAVING US THINKING WHY ? AVOID HER & THIS BANK , THE REVIEWS TELL EVERYTHING SHE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULDNT RECOMMEND USING TD BANK HERE ! JUST GIVE ANOTHER BANK YOUR SERVICE & MONEY 🤢

Was with a friend who has an account here and he wanted to cash a $50 check. Patricia started helping him and she was extremely rude. She asked for ID and tossed it back to him and it fell on the ground. I was like you having a bad day. She rolled her eyes gave him his cash and asked what else you want. I was like really? Apparently someone already made comments about this woman on Google. She's ridiculous

This bank has the worst customer service. Go to the TD bank on 38th street by Grissom parkway. They are way better. Oak street is the rudest people I have ever delt with. Saw Patricia last week. She slammed my card back at me and acted like I was huge inconvenience. Gone to these bank 4 or 5 different times because I was close. Huge mistake. These people are ridiculous!!
