TD Bank Triangle St, Amherst

TD bank is the best bank I have experienced in the US. Good service and high efficiency. My account was frozen the other day due to some operations. It quickly helped me solve the problem. Phone calls are answered whenever they are made. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. Much better than BOA.

I'm sure this branch does a fine job. But TD Bank supports fossil fuel projects of major pipeline and extracting companies. Consider choosing local banks until TD Bank stops funding climate change.

I’ve been banking with TD North in Amherst for 20 years, and I love this bank. The tellers and managers are always helpful, courteous and friendly. Although this bank is part of a large network, it feels local. I appreciate the nice touches like pens, lollipops and dog biscuits!

TD Bank is funding the destruction of our planet. They are one of the WORST for financing fossil fuel infrastructure that poisons our water, chokes our air, heats up the climate, and leads to climate chaos. Please take your money to a local credit union or cooperative bank until TD gets its act together and starts financing the possibility of life on our planet.

Poor Management. Dishonest and Unfriendly Manager. Tellers were pretty nice & appreciated however. Sad they have to work under the publicly obvious rotten circumstances. Save yourself the trouble and find another bank. Confuscious Say; It's a smart man who learns from his mistakes...It's a Wise Man who learns from other people's mistakes !!

I came here on a J1 visa and needed a bank quick. The employees at TD Bank made my bank account and debit card in less than an hour (no SSN required) and have been super helpful and nice to me. I highly recommend this bank for foreigners like me who arrive and need to get started quickly.

The local bank staff may be nice, but TD Bank is one of the WORST banks in the WORLD for investments in the fossil fuel industry that is destroying our climate. Pipelines, fracking, they fund it all. Please take your money to a local bank or credit union until TD shapes up.

I appreciate the effort to secure my account information, but customers who lose their wallet should not be given the 30 minute run around to identify oneself. I knew every transaction I've made in the past week, where I've been and for how much. I even had my social security number and could answer any question asked about my account. This system is poorly integrated and an insult to raving fan customers such as myself. Since TD Bank clearly doesn't want my business, I'll take it elsewhere.👋

I work for a local business near TD Bank in Amherst and I have to do deposits for them. It is actually a pleasure to go in there and see everyone working there but what prompted me to actually write a review is that I needed help with something other than a deposit. Shelby took her time, and found the answer to a large transaction for me. She is an excellent employee, and because of her I want to switch my personal banking to TD Bank.
