    I don’t want to give my small town bank a poor rating but unfortunately they left me with no choice! We were involved in a professional online banking scam- TD bank did absolutely nothing to protect or cover the funds. Not only did we lose money, they reported us to the credit department. We ended up paying the 800.00 that we were scammed out of (to save our credit) and closed ALL of our accounts. I hope this small amount of money (that TD would have written off) was worth an unsatisfied customer and losing a long term customer!

    Only $50 increments used to be $20 this bank is not good anymore We got charged to $35 late fee because they did not send our payment out for a week. Why? Hate this bank anymore

    Ten years ago, they used to be a great bank. Now they are not open when their posted hours say they should be open, and as other customers have said, they nickel and dime you for everything. Closing my account as soon as they decide to show back up to work.

    Ridiculous fees. Charge you overdraft fees even if the overdrawn check is in pending and you bring your account back into the positive with cash before the check clears. ABSURD. Go right next door to Provident for an actual bank that really provides friendly service and has more attractive offers and perks.

    Had to write this as soon as I left the bank. Mike the assistent manager, helped me out more than I can even convey in this review. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and concise. I am not only giving them my business account but my entire family is switching to this bank because of the experience that I had today. Thank you so much!

    I had intended on opening an account with this branch this morning, while my husband had business to take care of nearby. He was chased down and scolded by an employee, even before I had a chance to turn off the ignition, telling him she was calling the cops. Clearly concern over one of the multiple open parking spots, trumped customer service. You've lost a new customer. SO RUDE!!!!! We will take our business elsewhere!

    Last weekend my wife and I went to the drive through window. Sent our deposit through the pipe. It was acknowledged by the teller who then continued to hold a social conversation with the customer in the lane between us and her for 15 minutes. Finally another teller came and took care of our transaction. Today, I got to the bank about 8:55 am. The teller (Edwinn) was sitting at his place at the counter, looked at his watch and then continued to stare into space. Finally he came over to the two entrances. Two people had just walked up to the other door and he opened that door first and by the time he got the door open for me, there were three people in line. He never acknowledged that I had been there before the others. I am so furious with this lack of service. The TD commercials show a bank with flexible open and close times. In fact, when the commercials were running they did open the door a couple minutes before 9:00 am. All my bills are paid using online banking, so it's a big hassle to change to a new bank, but if I have this poor level of service again, I will deal with the pain and change everything over to another bank in a heart beat!

    My car payment took out twice; not the banks fault. What is their fault is that the payment could have be reversed. I called at 8:00 and was told they were busy and would call back before 10:00. I called back at 2:00 and now the payment is pending. Honestly horrible customer service. Switching banks immediately.
