TD Bank S Willow St, Manchester

First I would like to say I am not a fan of TD Bank. There are a few reasons, one of which is the customer service at the exit 6 branch in Nashua. However when I went into the branch on Willow st and met with Anniel Hernandez-Carmona he restored my faith. His eagerness and professionalism were exactly what I needed. He didn't abandon the project I handed him and stuck with it staying in contact with me the whole time. I hope you know what you have in this stellar employee. Anniel thank you for all of your help. I appreciate you and hope your company does too.

Worst bank ever, I use a credit union, but I have to go there for my job. The only bank that will have 4 tellers standing around while one teller works at a time, and the customer being served is always someone who needs to be speaking with a loan officer, who they don't employ. My average wait time in the lobby is 20 mins every single time. Don't waste your money and time, join a credit union.

I just wanted to say how wonderful your bank is. I use the branch in Manchester, NH (S. Willow St) and you have been amazing to me. My checkbook was stolen and one of your tellers caught a fraudulent check.. On top of that the bank manager has been with me every step of the way to make sure i had the funds to pay my rent while your fraud department worked on the account. Most banks would just tell me to wait but your team really goes above and beyond. You are a bank i want to have in my corner the rest of my life and i will be singing your praises. When you say you're Americas most convenient bank you're not joking. Thank you immensely. Please make sure the team at the S. Willow St branch knows how thankful i am.

Went here twice in one week for a few things and Jenna was the most helpful employee I have ever dealt with out of the three branches I usually use. Thank you Jenna for making my visits so simple, and quick!

Unhelpful with a hacking event, very disappointed as TD bank has been my only bank for over 20 years. Discusted!

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have watch the service deteriorate continuously over past 3 or 4 years. Customer service is poor at best either they don’t want to help or they don’t have the knowledge or capability of helping. Fees are charged for electronic services... I could go on but instead will just close and move my business account.

I tried to deposit check but bank closed early. Was told deposit to ATM and check would clear next day. Spent 2 hours on phone with customer service and local bank trying to get check to clear ? TD bank even called bank check came from and person who wrote check ...TD assured me check would clear next day cause they verified it ! Next morning told by manager nothing they can do check is put on hold for 8 days ? Called customer service told by manager what local branch did was wrong ...to verify check doesnt take it off hold status. Then im told all these reasons why which made no sense other than they dont trust me even though ive had bank account with them since 1995 and NEVER done anything to give them any reason not to trust me.

I’ve banked here before. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. They’ve also really helped me with some account issues I had and overdraft charges. They cleared it up for me. Recommend banking here!

Very friendly environment, they also helped me set up the thing I was trying to set up quickly while understanding it at the same time.
