Brian was very helpful. The other guy helped too. They got me a credit card and printed me a new debit card too. Also, I got free cookies, lol. But seriously. Brian made sure I had time to read the terms and conditions. Explained the fee percents and that it costs more to use the credit card at an atm. Nice guy. Did I need a credit card? It’s been in the bottom third of my To Do list. So now I’ve got one (it’s the 2% deal). It’s all good. I’m not sure I’ll use it much, but hey, intro promo is good. And I can always use a miscellaneous expenses card at 2% cash back.

excellent service. I walked in and inquired about the tax form, there's a rep helping others but he still came by to ask me and kindly asked me to wait until he finished. The front desk and anther rep asked me on their own after several mins. efficiently and helpful. recommend to be there.

My office is also on Winter St in Boston, and I'm lucky to be able to run into the branch as needed. Talk about convenience! The folks who work in the branch are super-nice, and very custom service oriented. If there's an issue of any kind that I am frustrated with they help find a resolution of some sort. Not always the answer I want, but always making sure the situation is resolved one way or the other. They are full of smiles and stories, and are always beyond helpful.

From the moment you walk into the branch you feel welcomed, like Norm walking into Cheers, and the team at this TD Branch couldn't be more welcoming. If there's a line, they say hi and apologize for the wait, and help as quickly as they're able. They're always accommodating of everyone's needs, and bring a friendly smile every day. The entire branch deserves a KUDO, and you should stop in and chat. You'll be surprised what you can learn about your friendly neighborhood bank tellers and customer service associates with a few minutes chat here and there. TD Bank took money that was being donated to the Trucker’s in Canada and froze it!!! This money is not TD’s Bank’s money!!! This money was going to the mouths of children!!! Shame on TD Bank!!!! This is a Marxist Bank!!!

I went into this branch with a number of issues on my account, including fraudulent charges and subsequent overdraft penalities. Jonathan R. was extremely friendly and helpful, and was able to rectify the situation for me very quickly. I go into this branch every so often, and always have a pleasant experience. The entire team there is very friendly and eager to help.

Cotey Collins should be considered for promotion. Incredible customer service! Cotey prepared all the documents that we needed for closing ahead of time so we don't have to wait in line. Bringing 'convenient bank' to the next level!

This branch continues the tale of poor service provided by TD Bank. I walked in today to renew a CD and a bank employee was busy with a customer and the branch manager was also helping a customer. So I did a quick errand and returned and the branch manager was now behind the counter socializing with employees. I sat there and waited five minutes in full view of them and they totally ignored me. So I got up and walked out. Problems at TD: hiring people with no work ethic, not training them, and not supervising them. It's so sad that this is the new norm....even in banks.

I've been with TD Bank for about 2 years now and I love it here at this location Jonathan R is the most helpful and generous bank teller you will ever find he's the best at this location he's nice respectful and does his job right he taught me a lot of stuff because of him I will be building my credit now and learning how to manage money thank you so much Jonathan for everything you do . 😊😊😊😊😊 Julie Kim Vo
