TD Bank W Main St, Freehold Township

I wish I could give this branch a 10 star review. The employees are very welcoming and customer centric. The branch manager, Latoya, is the absolute best and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant banking experience.

I Recently moved here, I’ve been there about 3 times and every time the staff were welcoming.

Too bad theres no negative option. This bank always give me a hard time. I feel like I'm suspect of being a criminal or not who I am. Not convenient at all. I see others at the drive threw irritated simple requests are seeming to be difficult. I asked last week for my receipt and account balance didnt get it. Asked again only got the receipt. Asked again after a long wait till I finally got a simple request a Common request fafilled. Today I went to deposit my state check into my grandmas account. Apparently that's not allowed. Witch is cool no sweat. After being asked if I even have an account at TD(yes). Was a simple ,deposite state check in my account . Withdraw from mine n deposite that into my grandmas account. Nothing really new. I'm always transferring funds into hers. Then the questions begin. Is this ur address. Do you have funds in your account to match the check. Manager came over to help I guess asked if I could pull around the building. I said no .Then she explained the state check couldn't go into any account but mine. Yes I got that . Why I filled out the deposit n withdraw after finding out. Was no issue. But apparently that part was too confusing for the workers cuz the manager said I had alot of transactions.... Always somthing . I dont ushly complain but this TD bank is suspicious. I always ask for a receipt and account balance now. P.s. Want the "most convenient bank" feeling? Go to TD on rt.9 in freehold. That's the TD bank you feel respected and there knowledge on banking is unmatched. Plus theres sweet :)

Came here to open a bank account and I'm very happy with the customer service Shirley provided. She was awesome, she explained the bank account features/options as well as any new account bonuses. Way to go!

Ahmed was very rude and unhelpful go to get help as soon as I get in car he subtracts more money from my account lied to me what I had and I had to speak to someone else and she was very helpful! He was very prideful and full of himself very unprofessional!!!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff! Needed to straighten out an issue with my card and they were able to quickly resolve it and send me on my way!

I have been a customer for more than ten years but was amazed by its employee Nancy. I accidentally gave her too much cash for deposit. She was very responsible and patient to count the money again and again and gave me the extra money back. I really appreciate her work ethic, integrity and honesty!

If I could give a zero I would. The lines are always ridiculously long, tellers are rude and act like they have no Clue how to Do There job.

I noticed the awful reviews they received and felt the need to add my two cents. I have banked here for 8 years and I think this branch is wonderful. They have issued me replacement debit cards in 10 minutes when my card was hacked; they have notarized many documents; they order my checks; they assist me with banking issues, always politely and efficiently. I'm not wild about their parking lot but the service is awesome!! I have no complaints.

The worst bank I’ve literally ever been too. I have to get change for the business I work at and we have an account there and they always try to give me problems especially the manager at this location! Need better attitudes and learn how to run the bank better and they take way too long for everything
